You will discover elegant ash steps with ipe handrails and stainless steel roping adjoining the two levels. You will be amazed at the wide array of amenities offered!
On the 1st level you will find a bright and cheerful secondary living room with a large TV, a sitting room with spectacular views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a game room offering a wet bar, mini-fridge and mini-freezer. The 1st level also offers 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, all with private bathrooms. Also on the 1st level you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, that share a large hall bathroom with a double vanity.
On the 2nd level you will find the main living room, sitting room and dining room offering an open living concept with amazingly captivating ocean views that will keep you returning to this fabulous coastal retreat year after year! Your family will love gathering together in the large kitchen, showcasing a granite center island with enough room for everyone to enjoy creating delicious gourmet meals and dining together! Other kitchen amenities include contemporary lighting, maple cabinetry, granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, wolf wine cooler, gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, and so much more! On the street side of the kitchen you will find a sunroom which offers a desk for those that may need to work, or children who need to complete school tasks. You will also find seating for 4 which allows you to sit back and take a break. The half bath can be found on this level as well. The large Master bedroom is located on the 2nd level, offering a king size bed, sitting area and private bathroom with a double vanity, bidet, custom walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
Other amenities include a 6 person hot tub located near the dunes with an ocean view, 2nd floor balcony, plenty of deck space, private beach access, and so much more!! With so many amazing amenities included with this exquisite home, "Aqualuxe" is sure to be your favorite vacation destination!
This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400. Pool is cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
