We visited for a week on our honeymoon and it was the best decision to stay at this hotel: IT WAS PERFECT!
The cute and pleasant welcome gift from a hotel was the ideal start of our vacation, which was very thoughtful of a staff.
We chose all-inclusive: we had a free mini-bar which was refilled everyday by our choice, the main restaurant where u can east breakfast, lunch and dinner + 3 different restaurants that u can dine in once at each (japanese was the best for us!) Also, there was a “Yummy truck” with tasty burgers (even vegetarian ones and bowls) and “Dream’n’Creams” (with delicious pancakes and ice creams). The food in wholesome was something! Especially in the japanese restaurant the flavours were new to us and we loved it!
We red before the bad reviews about the lack of various meals in the restaurant, but we thoughg the opposite - for any time of a day there’s a plenty of food u can choose from! Fruits, vegetables, pancakes, ice creams, bread, cakes, pies, pasta, fishes, different kind of cheese and meat, you name it.
Talking about the interior - love it! Reminds boho and arabian at the same time.
We had a room with a private pool, but the beach was so good that we stayed moatly at the beach, which was quite (almost all of the families with children were at the general pool. The beach is clean, you can find various activities. We chose a jet-ski, which was super fun, you get 15min for 45€.
A HUGE THANKS TO NIKKI AND AL. So kind, caring, professional and always with a smile. It was such a pleasure to meet these people! Also, compliments to a bartender (didn’t get a chance to get his name, as heard it’s Pedro maybe, apologies if wrong) with a long hair and an earring - so professional, funny and always asking if we need something at the beach.
Overall all of the staff are such a perfect example how the guests should be greeted.
Hopefully we’ll come on our wedding anniversary, because this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed before at.❤️
For the improvement just a tiny thing: communicate with a housekeepers to check the towels, because sometimes there would be tiny dots and spots, but whenever asking - they would straight away give us a new ones.

Todo fantástico para el que quiere desconectar y descansar. Ubicación lejos de la ciudad pero cerca de un pueblo, Lindon
Todo excelente solo que está a casi una hora de la ciudad de Rodas que es muy interesante visitar
4.5
Very nice and tidy environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, pleasant and professional staff, good food even if not very varied. Lovely beach with water sports equipments.
Sometimes there seemed to be a shortage of waiters and bartenders. To get an ice cream in "Dreams" was a real challenge. The mini bar was only filled with a water. We didn't get beer, juice or any other soft drinks by all our stay.
1.0
Beach, landscaping everything else very bad to say the least.
Not a 5 star by any means, Hilton should be ashamed by its association to this hotel. Maximum 4 star, if not 3 star.
Price: extortionate for what it offers. Extremely overpriced .
Breakfast: terrible. No fresh juices at breakfast nearly all frozen food at a resort where there are many kids.
Buffet: awful, very low quality. Mostly frozen.
A la carte restaurants: supposedly full when trying to book for either 3 of the restaurants at the resort. Upon complaining we found a table in one of the three only to find the ‘full’ restaurant was empty. The hotel is pushing guests towards buffet for obvious reasons.
Rooms: very dirty and not 5 star quality, despite recent refurbished.

Beautiful suites, private beach, top of the line restaurants
Towel cleanliness on the beach
3.0
The hotel decor, the bedroom was beautiful we had the river passage suite with private pool.
Main swimming pool lovely
The all inclusive food in the buffet restaurant, poor choice and quality.
Location was very dissapointing nowhere to go anywhere near, very isolated.
Lindos was 20 min drive 60 euro in cab, but very very hot!
No live entertainment in the evenings it really lacked atmosphere
Beach very baron nothing like the beauty you would get in Mallorca.

Lindian Village is one of the best properties i have ever stayed. Incredible restaurants with excellent food quality, fantastic pool and beach with impeccable cocktails and service. Cleanliness of the hotel and room was spot on and the staff went always above and beyond to assist us! Tip for travelers try the “Souma” cocktail at the pool bar and make sure you dont miss breakfast!!!

Brand new totally renovated property, smiling and amazing staff, the food was excellent in the restaurants that I visited and the WiFi rocks
2.0
We liked the room we booked, it was what we expected, however not finished as you'd expect given it was a Hilton. The restaurants were nice and the food was good when it did turn up.
The room was unfinished bad craftsmanship throughout the room which made it obvious it was rushed to be completed just to open.
Food took ages to arrive on multiple occasions. Staff were extremely non compliant when you had any concerns or complaints - almost useless on some occasions.
Air conditioning is non existent. Complained multiple times - maintenance visited our room and left the front door open to the room for hours with our belongings inside. Turns out the Air conditioning is just a glorified fan that's used in other Greek Island hotels - so would never actually make the room comfortable enough to sleep in.
Breakfast was a free for all. No replenishment of food when it was finished - mostly first come first serve but quantity of certain foods meant about a handful of people could get them. Beverages at breakfast were almost impossible to get unless you wanted a simple black coffee as it staff forgot about your order.

being with my family
I thought Booking a 5 star Hilton was a guarantee. It was the worst Hilton Ive been too and it is far from having 5 star. People don't know how to do their job and were lying all the time just to avoid solving problems. We were a couple bwith small babyy, They put us in a room where the Ac wasnt working, 27 degree...baby crying all night, They pretended to fix it for 2 days, trying to make us believe they did, even though temperature was the same. Then put us in another room. They tried to make us think it was upgraded, but it was a downgrade, easy to check on the website. Food was high price and low quality. Beach was unattended, and seemed dirty. They lost some of our stuff. Service was really mediocre even if it would have been a 3-4 star hotel. We had to evacuate because of wildfire, evacuation also was terrible misorganisation, they also helped to panic people.
really sad because of wildfires lot of people will lose their job. but Manager clearly isnt able to do his job. I can't pay that much Money and be happy with that service

It was amazing to be there, genuinely a pice of heaven.

Great resort for a family vacation! The best was the private pool, which our boys immensely enjoyed! The seaside/ocean beach was also nearby whenever we wanted:-) Great and pleasant staff, good food and a calm atmosphere. Perfect place for our yearly rest and relaxation! Highly recommendable!
2.5
- Regular staff were generally kind and helpful
- Very calm hotel
- Kids club was nice, staff was professional
- The room we stayed was full of ants and other bugs. Ants were everywhere, inside the beds, the ceiling of the bathroom etc. There were other dead insects outside our room which stayed there for days.
- Food buffet was poor. When something was finished, the new serving did not come or came too late. Can you imagine bread could not be refreshed for 15 mins in the morning?
- No entertainment in the evening other than Dj music in Bliss Bar.
- There is a tablet in the room for ordering stuff. Ours was broken and they took it away for repair on the first day and it was never returned during our stay.
- The reception staff were ignorant and reluctant to help.
- The rooms are only partially renovated. All the wooden doors and frames in our room were rotten/cracked and spiders were hiding inside these cracks. The jet tub in the balcony looked super old and it was full of sand so we never used it.
- Main pool was not renovated and there are cracks on the floor of the pool and on the side walls.
-Pool bar; we could not order pizza or hamburger for the first 2 days because they were either sold out or not available. They were even out of ketchup at 4 pm. Menu was poor and food was always served cold.
- Beach area seemed forgotten. One day there was a staff member who was helping with towels etc the other day no one was around.
3.5
Cleanliness and service.
Food. Nothing to do on the evenings inside the property.
0.5
nothing. absolutely nothing
rooms are not decorated to those on descriptions. even the upgraded don’t be fooled.
even the small amount of updated rooms were basic and broken/not finished
we are still waiting for our refund despite being told in October we will get it!!!! photos not even uploading lol
3.5
The room, a river passage junior suite was quite spacious with a large balcony with jacuzzi as per the website. The surrounding gardens are very pleasant and well maintained. The pool area is also pleasant and out of season there was no issue in finding a sunbed. Similarly, there were no queues at the bar to obtain drinks or in the restaurant for a table and the staff in both were very courteous and friendly. This is however a Greek 5* hotel, and expectations need to be managed accordingly as if you were expecting something similar to the Ritz, you will be disappointed. The food is ok, plentiful with quite a lot of variety, and the wine, served from a tap not a bottle, white and rose drinkable, the red, not so. It is not a 5* experience however. Meals in the main restaurant are self service and to obtain a drink queuing at the bar is required.
It appears that maintenance is an issue. There was no hot water, not even lukewarm in our bathroom for the whole time of our stay. Having been informed that moving to another similar room was impossible as the hotel was full, which seemed very unlikely, provision was somewhat grudgingly made for us to shower in a bathroom nearby. It really wasn’t very satisfactory as we weren’t allowed the key to this room and had to make arrangements to meet a staff member at the room to be given access each time we wanted a shower, and it was obvious that this room was being used by other guests presumably for the same purpose. At no time was there an apology for the inconvenience to us and we were almost made to feel that the problem was our fault. Enquiry of some other guests revealed we were not alone with this problem and it was clear that nothing was being done about it whilst we were staying there. There are a number of new large 5* hotels in the vicinity and this hotel needs to up its game if it is to compete with them. There is an impression that management have accepted that this is not economically feasible and it is settling into a 3*/4* AI rating. We would not return.
4.0
good pool, beach, facilities
the food was ok, the hot food was a little odd at times, the cocktails were the cheap kind.
4.5
The village layout of Lindian Village works really well. All the facilities were within easy reach. We upgraded to a 'suite' with a balcony jacuzzi, which was really good and well worth the premium. Staff are excellent - always smiling and very helpful. Food and bar service were really good, and the service at Reception was excellent. The pool area and beach were well-equipped with plenty of sunbeds. We found it perfect for an adult short stay and hope to return.
The selection of food at the buffet was below par - for example, french fries were always cold and hard. The pool bar lunch buffet was a bit sad. The a la carte restaurants were all booked out for our entire stay when we arrived - what's the point?
1.5
Food was abysmal, noy clean especially the dining room and location terrible
3.5
The cleaning staff were excellent, very enthusiastic and friendly and would continually go above and beyond their duty I found. The room was excellent, very spacious and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort.
It is difficult within small island to have a plethora of staff that speak multiple languages however I felt the majority of the restaurant staff either did not attempt to communicate effectively or did not have the ability which is not a major issue but does soften the experience slightly. The food on a whole was good quality however the 'themed' nights lack variety and we found for the quality the hotel aspires to be this did not meet the expectations.
4.5
The resort is truly beautiful, there's plants and flowers everywhere from the second you step foot in the grounds. All the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, from the front desk to the pool bar, everyone greeted us with a warm smile. The room we stayed at, the Bohemian room with private pool, was excellent, exactly as pictured and bigger than I expected; fully equipped and the pool area with the sun-beds was #goals. Even though the spa facilities weren't open (sauna/turkish bath) the spa was amazing, probably the best massage I've had with the best staff ever!
The only thing that needs urgent improvement is the food, mainly the main buffet, and the bar drinks/cocktails (most are pre-mixed). The "specialty" restaurants weren't all open every night, so the options were reduced and I wish they had explain us about the restauran model beforehand... The restaurants' food also needs some improvement but the staff was really outstanding.
2.0
We liked the location of the hotel overall very spacious, very quiet, on a beautiful private beach. The resort grounds are very well kept, very green, bushes and plants look amazing.
The common areas are modern and clean
The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive and friendly. Cleaners and bell boys seem to work really hard but always have a smile on their face.
Reception staff is not trained to receive complaints, they struggle to deal with issues. They don't seem to understand what is happening in resort. It then takes days for your complaint to be dealt with.
Not all rooms look like the ones on the website, not all of them are renovated and are very run down. We got a non renovated room, where taps were not working, no hot water, front door bent. Limescale all over the taps in bathroom. But then got upgraded in a renovated room that was just amazing.
More effort could be put in evening entertainment, not much to do for kids apart from a pool table which in my mind should be free..
Food at the main restaurant is quite repetitive but ok for a week's stay. The theme restaurant we're not the greatest though we enjoyed the sea food restaurant.
The website advertises an upscale resort with amazing facilities, it is lacking, to me the main issue is the standard of the bedrooms.
3.0
The Riverside pool room was really a big hit, as we had outside space as well as inside. Bonus didn't have to rush and put towels down. So well worth it. There are plenty of deckchairs and tables in the shade. Main pool was lovely and pool temp was warm with freshwater. Settings was beautiful and Aqua fitness lady (Jasmin) was amazing. Pool tables in 2 different locations which was good.
Service and food was 3* not 5*. No ice-cream or kiddie snacks during day, we had to pay for this. Lack of people serving at beach. Food was warm never hot. at meal time we only received 1 drink unless we asked we never got a refill. Tables were dirty not always clean. we ended up going outside to eat (so did a lot of people we spoke to) Entertainment was near the main building, lack of anywhere to sit, should think about moving it to the pool area. the other restaurants limited veggie or other options and then felt it was an inconvenience. Tip jars everywhere, wouldn't expect that in quality hotel. Staff some were helpful (not all bad) limited things for kids to do to break up the days. need more sports. It is a real shame as its beautiful with potential. Gym had very little equipment and broken, real safety issue. Reception was bare however has a huge area where they could serve coffee and cake, there was a back room with facilities there.
0.5
the pool
The food was very bad ,false advertising, the food is nothing like advertised in there websites. We had to pay extra to eat out at restaurant .
Dirty sheets,floor not clean,not a 5 star hotel.
1.5
Nice territory
Food, atmosphere, service
4.0
Beach and pool
Cleanliness, room maiden
4.0
Lovely room with good size pool - Riverside passage suite with pool. Beautiful landscaped resort with private beach therefore not overcrowded. Calm and peaceful perfect for a break away from busy work life
Lack of variety of food choices, ingredients not labelled therefore unsuitable for special dietary needs. Cleanliness of room after housekeeping did not meet expectations
0.5
Nothing was total rubbish
Everything was a total disaster wouldn’t recommend to any one who wants five star
2.0
the village layout and general outlook is good. food was ok but not 5 star especially at the pool bar. some selected staff did go beyond the norm but this was not across all. we understand that the accommodations are split into original old and very tired properties, the accommodation we stayed in was dated but ok and some aspects like the hot tub were very poor. the newer bohemian suites were up to date and looked nice. refurbishment is needed for the older rooms to bring up to the same standards.
the condition of the outside of our suite was very poor and dated, the general management is very poor, staff are untrained and don’t know how to handle the many complaints made regarding the issues we faced during our stay. insufficient staff on site to manage the day to day activities. staff morale is quite low and many had a poor attitude and no idea regarding customer service. the condition and quantity of sun beds is extremely poor, people reserving sun beds and not turning up to use them was not policed. pool and hot tubs not cleaned, we were told our hot tub would be cleaned every 3 days, over 2 weeks it was cleaned twice, once when we arrived and had to ask as it was dirty and then again when the filter was blocked. no hot water for the first week in the evenings, then for the second week 3-4 times we had no water supply at all due to an issue on site. the air conditioner did not work and a fan was provided. on arrival we were asked to pay a government tax which we already paid to booking.com and then had to fight to get it refunded. the room we were shown to at midnight was not what we booked but were told after after calling reception that our room was not ready and we spent the following day pushing to get moved into the room we chose. the all inclusive drinks are a joke, if you book at one of the 3 restaurants you cannot get a drink you want, only local wine free or expensive wine had to be paid for. the menu at those 3 restaurants also very odd, you don’t have a choice and they don’t even explain anything to you until the food arrives at the table. so we had to go to the bar to get a drink and take it into the restaurant with us. there is a nice bar above the Italian restaurant which was empty every night as you had to pay for all the drinks there so nobody went in. queues for drinks was mostly at least 15 minutes but sometimes 30 minutes.
4.0
the bohemian suite with pool which we were upgraded to was excellent
all
inclusive was great, great variety of food
main pool area very busy. beds were all taken by 9am every morning!
