This beautiful condo was clean and exactly as listed. There were beach chairs, towels, cart, umbrella, coolers, (you name it) available to use. It was close to Siesta Key beach and Turtle Beach. You can get to either of those beaches by driving or using the Breeze (free trolley which is a must). The thing we liked best was the amazing communication with the owner! Dana replied back within minutes (less than 5) when I had a question. And the check-in process was easy and very detailed! I highly, highly recommend this condo. If we ever come back, this is where I’d want to stay.

Condo was just as pictured, equipped with all the needs to cook, go to the beach, etc. Comfortable king size bed in primary bedroom, heated pool. Dana and Jamie were very responsive as hosts! Bay Oaks is about a 10 minute walk to the public beach access and we also enjoyed the free trolley in/out of the village. Loved our stay. Thank you!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here & came back because we enjoyed our previous stay so much! The kitchen has been renovated since our last visit & includes all updated appliances. The location is close to all Siesta Key has to offer. The view of the pool & nightly sunsets are amazing! The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We hope to visit again soon!

The condo was as described. Very clean and roomy. Just need suitcase and groceries. Siesta Key trolly is right by the condo subdivison entrance. Clear instructions sent to you before arrival. The walk to the beach is about 7-10 min walk. Great overall location. Definitely a place for recommendations.

Well organized and clean. I would recommend a better shade for the master bedroom- it was so bright between the pool lights and the sun shining in the window. Other than that… excellent property!!

Very clean. No smells. Nice location. Great grill area. Great mature trees and landscaping. Great checking in process! Dana emailed all checking in documents before checkin. Easy to follow and very thorough! You can tell the owner takes care of their investment. It shows in every part of this experience! Would book again!

Very soon after checking in to this lovely condo we felt right at home. The condo was comfortable, spacious feel, great beds, newly redone kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen well-stocked. Especially liked the large windows, so bright and nice views. Appliances worked well. Definitely an all around great experience. Would love to visit again!

Renovated condo in established neighborhood. Very responsive property owner and everything you need in the condo. **Only improvement could be made are the mattresses in the guest room. Other than that my stay was great!

I had the pleasure of spending Christmas in this property with my husband and teenage daughters and it was nothing short of spectacular! We come to Siesta Key every year for Christmas and this was by far our favorite condo ever! It was spacious, clean, cute and in a great location! Dana was extremely communicative and helpful. We are already looking forward to staying again next year!

We loved the condo & it’s beach decor! It was very clean with newly remodeled baths! The location is convenient to everything on Siesta Key. Access was easy to the 5th floor unit via the elevator. The views were amazing from the 5th floor! The owner replied promptly to all of our questions. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Thanks for the wonderful stay! The unit was nicely updated and accommodating for our stay. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and was easy to work with. It’s an easy walk to the plaza area and there’s a trolley stop right outside. I’d recommend this unit to friends and family.
