Funky, fresh, and vibrant design. This building was formally The White House Hotel and was one of the first Hotels in Fruita. We've kept as many of the original features of the building that we could while adding a modern design flare, with all the modern comforts. Original trim work lines the halls, the exposed brick coal shoot, original hotel doors were refurbished into closet barn sliding doors. Newly renovated and sparkling clean.
Full access to your apartment. Shared Laundry room with free laundry. Shared Hallway to apartment.
Walk to Hot Tomato Pizza, Camilla's Cafe, Sud's brothers, Copper Club brewery, Namaste Nepal Indian cuisine, Quench, Aspen Street Coffe, BestSlope Coffe, downtown boutiques, and concerts in the park. Come experience the small town mountain bike community in downtown Fruita.
PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A $20/night PET FEE, up to 2 pets MAX. Instructions on how to pay the pet fee will be in your inbox and welcome letter.
LOCAL GUESTS NOT WELCOMED. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS DUE TO ISSUE WITH LOCALS RENTING TO PARTY. If you are local and renting for out of town family please let us know. If you instant book and are a local, your reservation will be cancelled.
