Pack up the entire family for the perfect reunion or holiday celebration at this spectacular, two-story, four-bedroom home tucked away in the quiet north end of Sunriver. The open-concept main floor boasts vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, an expansive living area with a gas fireplace, and a dining area with a table ready for eight. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and dishes needed to prepare anything from quick snacks for your outdoor adventures to full-course dinners. You'll also find two bedrooms on this level including one with a built-in, two-person desk for remote work or schooling.

Head downstairs where you'll find the remaining bedrooms including a large, kid-friendly room with plenty of seating, a flatscreen TV, and bunk beds. On this level, you'll also have access to the garage where you can play some Ping-Pong or choose from several provided bicycles to take out and explore the neighborhood.

And outside, this home features two furnished decks with space for relaxing, socializing, and al fresco dining, a private gas grill, and a soothing hot tub with a view.

This wonderful home sits in a friendly, residential neighborhood and backs right up to the Woodlands Golf Course. Hop on one of the provided bikes and access miles of paved paths at Sunriver as well as a nearby trail that leads north to Benham Falls and east to the Lava Lands Visitor Center. The resort's fantastic aquatic center, SHARC, and the Village at Sunriver are less than four miles south, while the sports facilities at Fort Rock Park are only two-and-a-half miles away. And for unparalleled winter fun, Mt. Bachelor is only 22 miles northwest of this home.

This is a big house with 2 huge verandah,s overlooking beautiful golf course. Top verandah has 2 outdoor tables with chairs and umbrella 's. Bottom verandah has little table with chairs and hottub .Four out of six rooms have verandah access to a hottub. Kitchen has so many utensils and dishes , you name it. Rooms are good size with lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. There was a little chill room in the garage for kids but we managed it with layers of extra blankets at night. Each room has a TV . Also, one of the rooms is a walk through but it worked out for our group for a family with 2 little kids. Garage full of many bikes and helmets. Lastly, the Vacasa team is awesome on responding at any time of the day or night. I would recomend this house. PS. This house is 10 min. drive to Sunriver village and water park.

This is a great house for family groups to get out together. The house is very spacious with a lot of room to hang out both inside and outside. It's on the outskirts of Sunriver (10 min to Sharc/Village), but it does make it very quiet without much traffic coming through. We would stay here again.

This house was great for our family. Lots of space for kids to play and plenty of seating for us all to get together for meals. Loved the large sized hot tub and access to playing in the snow on the golf course! Beautiful home!

The house advertises sleeps 16, However this feels like false advertising. One of the bedrooms is behind the master (cannot get to it without walking through) it’s more of an office with a futon. Another bedroom is a garage addition on the other side of the garage from the house. No one felt comfortable sleeping there and you’d have to go through the garage to get to a bathroom. The house had multiple bikes, however few were in working order and we ended up paying over $200 to rent bikes From the village. Pot holders etc were stained and need replacing. We’ve stayed in multiple houses in Sunriver at this price point and have never given less than 5 stars until this stay.

This house is nice and spacious and worked perfectly for three families. The master suite was nice for families with small children as there are two bedrooms in it. The heated floors were a really nice feature!! The kitchen was well stocked. Maintenance came out a couple times but were very quick and friendly. The fireplace wasn’t working but they came out in a half hour to fix it and also we needed space heaters for the room connected to the garage and the office/bedroom in the master because those rooms were really cold. I would suggest requesting space heaters prior to your stay if it will be as cold as it was when we came 20’s/30’s. Overall really nice house!

The house is nice and spacious. We loved the amount of people it sleeps and fit 3 families no problem. They have plenty of pillows and blankets. The game room was a big plus where the kids aren’t heard when they hang out in it. The big spacious deck overlooking the golf course is awesome. Comes with an extra fridge in the garage and plenty of bikes for a house full to go out at once. Would definitely consider coming back and staying again!

We had fun and it was because this property had a variety of activities and offerings built into the locale. The house was clean and slept a number of people in a modern and comfortable home. The items you need in a rental were all available, dish soap, dishes, games… the hot tub looked to be new and the top was easy to manage. Great space for a big group of people to stay comfortably without being on top of one another.

Our family has been coming back to this property again and again for many years now. It's spacious, well maintained, and has great access to hiking, bike paths, golfing, and Sharc. Sadly, this is probably our last year due to recent hikes in rent pricing.

This home was amazing. Clean, spacious and loved the number of bycicles available for everyone in our family. Small issue with one the bathrooms but the maintenance crew was quick to respond and handle the issue. Overall pleased and we are looking forward to years to come.

The home was well stocked. Plenty of room for 9 adults and two small children. Plenty of bike gear for casual riding (including a bike trailer for small children as well as bikes for children. Would love to return to this home for our annual family trip next year - although the new pricing I am seeing may make it too prohibitive
