This condo is located right on the Grammy Jay ski run offering easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Village Chair! Jay Peak's slopes welcome skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Not only can you ski and snowboard to your heart's content, you can also enjoy the on-site indoor waterpark (The Pump House), a fitness room, arcade, movie theater, climbing gym, and an ice skating rink, along with golf and hiking in the summer! And when additional activities beckon, head over to Tram Side or State Side on the shuttle. The shuttle picks you up right in the parking lot and brings you back to the parking lot when you are done having fun.

I loved the little yet essential toiletries that were included. They really thought of everything! My daughters had a blast playing the games they provided, enjoyed the open room set up etc.

Stayed at the Grammy Jay Getaway for a weekend up at Jay Peak and it was the perfect fit for us. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The condo worked perfectly for us - more spacious than I expected, and I appreciated all the baby-friendly details, like supplying a gate for the stairs, high chair, and outlet covers. True ski in-ski out location. Just wished there was more than 1 parking space but I get there's limited spots in this section. Great stay!

This was our second stay at Grammy Jay Getaway. The property is really well maintained and comfortable. The location alongside the Grammy Jay trail makes it a perfect ski in/ski out condo.

Everything was conveniently located but highly suggest bringing food to eat meals in. The condo was loud at night - mechanical sounds from fridge and heating - but cozy and met our family’s needs. Bring your own pillows. The pillows sucked. Everyone complained about the pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed but more flatware would be nice. The parking could be tight if busy and large vehicles in lot in front of condo.

This place was fantastic. Clean and enjoyable to stay. Unfortunately because the small transfer lift was not running this was not ski-in-ski-out as advertised. But great time and would rent again later in the season when it’s truly ski in/out.

This place was perfect for a family. The open concept allowed for fun times together while still having enough space for adults and kids to spread out. Very comfortable furniture and plenty of seating for all. Everything you could need in the kitchen allowed for great family meals but ordering from one of the resort restaurants was just as easy. We would definitely come back!

We loved the condo and location. The kitchen could have a few more things…more big forks, better hot pads, maybe some aluminum foil and press n seal since I forgot to bring any. But those didn’t detract from our stay, and we would definitely stay again. The layout was ideal for 2 couples.

They didn't provide a parking pass and their customer support was completely worthless. Taking 4 business hours to resolve a simple issue. The fridge water dispenser was broken and the game system they advertised doesn't work.

This place is just as advertised. It’s nice and clean and a convenient ski in n ski out condo at Jay peak. There’s also free shuttle at the resort that can take us to lodges/water park. It also has a ski closet to store gears just outside the condo entrance. Check in is smooth and check out is standard. The only suggestion I have is to provide a little more basic cooking ingredients like oil. That would make it a little easier to cook at the condo.

We had a great time during our stay at this location. It is right on the Grammy Jay run, so you can ski basically right up to the doorstep. The condo was roomy and clean.

Very clean for a pet friendly apartment. The ski in/out is very close to the trail and the condo is well-outfitted with everything you could ever need. Thank you we had a wonderful time.

The bed was comfy, but the silverware was dirty as well as some of the cups. The ceiling fans are disgusting and I couldn't turn them on like that. I called every day to ask for them to be cleaned and they never were. The location is beautiful.

We had the best family weekend here. The unit was ready an hour early which was a nice surprise. It was clean and cozy and just what we needed with easy access to the Grammy Jay trail. Pots and pans and linens could use an upgrade.

We were only here for 2 nights but greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Internet was easy to connect and worked well. We didn't use the TV, but it looked fine. There were games puzzles and video games available as well. The bed was comfortable. Though we didn't really cook, the kitchen had everything one could need. There was a considerable problem with check-in. We were supposed to be contacted the morning of our stay by Vacassa, the property mgt group. There was no contact. When I finally contacted them they informed me that their computer systems were down and they couldn't access the information needed for us to check into the condo. Said they would call back in 10 minutes or so. No call back. When I again contacted them, they could give us no time frame of when the information would be available but told us to go anyway as they were sure the problems would be solved by then. When pressed about what we should do if we were to arrive with still no check in information, they assured us that someone would be able to help us then. But no time frame. We did eventually have checkin information before arrival. It arrived at 5:03 pm. Check-in was 4:00. If we had left when we intended I don't know how long we would have been stranded. This unit was great. They need a different property manager.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. Super clean and comfortable. Nice quality bedding and towels. Kitchen has everything you need. Having two bath with two teens was awesome.
Just a heads up about the resort which is absolutely nothing to do with the condo but important to know, check to see what is open. There were a lot of things closed due to staffing which was disappointing.
I would highly recommend and return.

Our family of four had an awesome stay in this condo! The ski in/out location right on the Grammy Jay trail was definitely the highlight and the condo was clean, comfortable and well-equipped and felt very spacious for its size. Our kids loved the twin bedroom with its own TV and all the games available to play. The Smart TV with cable and the awesome video game emulator we’re definitely appreciated as well. The sunrise view off the back and views of both the summit and the top of the Jet lift from the front were an added bonus! We can’t wait to stay here again!

I’ve stayed in Jay Peak condos before but this may be my favorite experience.
1. Dog friendly!! One of our dogs is very old and we prefer not to board him. Having the ability to bring him and then to have a place that was ski in / ski out so we could take him out for a potty mid day was such a luxury!
2. So clean!! The unit was cleaner than any others I’ve rented. It was pristine
3. I’ve seen listings mention “fully equipped kitchens” but they usually come up short. This kitchen was truly fully equipped. You could cook a real meal for a large family
4. Comfort and Size: the living area is very spacious. Love the gas fireplace!! 2 bathrooms was a plus, even for just two people.

We have three kids (14, 9, & 3), and this location was excellent for everyone. The big kid could come and go, the middle kid could ski with the big or with the little, and the little loved the trail through the neighborhood. It was an excellent stay. Hope to be back next year!!

Wonderful Ski Retreat!
I’ve stayed in Jay Peak condos before but this may be my favorite experience.

Excellent Ski in/out!!
We have three kids (14, 9, & 3), and this location was excellent for everyone. The big kid could come and go, the middle kid could ski with the big or with the little, and the little loved the trail through the neighborhood. It was an excellent stay. Hope to be back next year!!

I tried contacting the owner for help and could only talk to vacasa hotline which was absolutely no help. They also only have 1 parking spot for the unit which is inaccurate on the listing. Second car has to park at stateline lot if no room in the row. It was quiet the weekend we went so we were able to find a second spot easily. Otherwise, the place had all the kitchen utensils and cooking items plus some extra spices for use. I'd recommend this place to others looking to stay right on the trail and would stay again next year!
