Troon Cottage is a Victorian, end-of-terrace property situated in Hunstanton, Norfolk. Hosting four bedrooms over three floors, this property can sleep up to eight guests. On the first floor there is two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, whilst on the second floor there is a king-size with sofa bed and en-suite shower, along with a twin with en-suite basin and WC. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with open fire, snug and a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove. There is also a utility room on the first floor. To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, along with off-road parking on a first come, first served basis. Troon Cottage is a beautiful base for families to enjoy, providing easy access Norfolk's coastline.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 7 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and Highchair available on request. Roadside parking. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs. Note: Garden is not accessible via the ack gate

Within the town there are a selection of amenities and attractions, which includes funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours. The surrounding area is home to a number of National Trust properties and a number of market towns and villages.
