Nice hotel and staff, bad experience.

Comfy bed, nice room and very clean. Breakfast was great as it always is with Hamptons.

Not really their fault, but had loud college kids (I believe they said it was a Sports team) staying near us which made it hard to sleep. We aren't upset really, but it did affect our stay.

Comfortable, great staff

Clean, comfortable room with comfortable beds. Every hotel staff member that I came in contact with over a two day stay was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was just a little out of the way. Great access to I-81 but less convenient access to town (Abingdon).

This stay ruined Hampton Inn for us

It was very clean

We didn’t get the room we booked. The pillows were flat. The water pressure was terrible. The breakfast was gross.

it was better then the super 8, but the next time i will try a different hotel

the breakfast was good.

that in 8 days i was there only once did the maid service knock on my door for cleaning. they dont come daily for fresh towels or empty your trash. the room had a slight dog smell. the hallways are clean, fresh and cool but when you open the door that goes into your room its very musty.

Beautifully situated, easy access, clean and new.

We enjoyed our stay, although we would have preferred a quieter stay, and would recommend this hotel

I was traveling with my daughter and her friend, the location was centrally located in a town/city area but felt very safe. The breakfast was wonderful, with more options than we could partake in! There were so many things we wanted to try but stuffed ourselves on what we did try! The room was wonderful, very tastefully decorated and the shower had sliding glass doors which was a welcome element after fighting with flimsy hotel shower curtains all week!

We loved the fact that the floors were not carpet as far as cleanliness went. However, when your upstairs neighbor decides to run a marathon in their room at 2:20 am, you understand how much sound reduction carpeting helps with. This was the only reason I cannot give this hotel the highest rating.

A wonderful place to stay!

Clean and comfortable. Great size room! The neighbors horses were fun to watch.

The fridge in the room was hot the whole weekend as though it was having electric issues, but we didn’t mention it until we left.

Superb

First, Pearl was very welcoming starting our stay with a friendly smiling person was a good start, secondly our room was very clean, we felt comfortable, the beds were nicely made, the bathroom was very clean and this help with the stay immensely, And thirdly the breakfast was a good healthy breakfast with hot food scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, toast and muffins, waffles, as well as cold food options. There was fruit, and coffee available all day and night, a little store to buy drinks and snacks it was very enjoyable, and a pleasant stay.

everything! clean, close to highway, plenty of towels, good soap and lotion, coffee was great, breakfast was a little above decent and staff super friendly

walls a little thin and could hear a lot outside the doors

the staff was super rude I had booked online they said they had no rooms available and my confirmation # wasn’t on file that I was scammed after calling checking my booking email she acted like it just came through when I had booked several days in advance she was super rude and I would never suggest this hotel to any of my friends or family
