The villa is only a few blocks from the city center and minutes from the incredible beaches of the Caribbean Sea. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. Casa Gris provides comfortable modern accommodations with all the necessities of home. You can also hire the services of a housekeeper, cook, bartender or masseurs and therapists (extra cost). Or enjoy a private yoga instructor and connect with the mother nature.

Bedroom 1: Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, vanity desk, very large closet with plenty of shelves and hangers, private roof terrace with daybed and chairs, safe in the room.

All our beds have hybrid tempurpedic mattresses, good quality sheets, 2 pillows per person and "bed cover”. Bath and beach Towels are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms. Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day. Downtown Tulum just blocks from a dozen of the best restaurants and cafes in town. We recommend renting a car anywhere you stay in Tulum. However you can easily get taxis on the main road and/or we will provide taxis contact so they are just a text away! You can also rent bikes in town for about 5usd per day.

Nice house but major security issue

Nice house but major security issue

The house is as described and pictured. Everything you need is available for your stay from towels to kitchenware. There is one bedroom that the entry is outside of the main villa so be mindful of that. The host did not provide any check in instructions prior to my arrival so I had to call them to figure out how to get in. We had a major security issue late one night at the house. The staff let two random people into the house while some of us were sleeping and some in the pool. The next morning the staff initially claimed that we told them to let them in but at no point was that true/there was no way we could have told them. After confronting him about his LIE he admitted that he thought they were part of our group and let them in himself. This is completely unacceptable and a HUGE security issue. It put an emotional strain on the group and we all felt very unsafe. The situation could have gone completely awry had the people he let in been dangerous. I confronted the owner about the situation and she merely apologized and did not offer any sort of compensation for our stressful night and then later ignored my messages as I explained the situation further.
