Ofereceu muito entregou menos.
Local, central.
Cama casal pequena, colchão e roupas de cama não muito confortáveis. Banho esperava ser melhor. Café da manhã apesar de ser farto, as 8h já estava com coisas frias ou fora do ponto. Paguei hotel com ótima recomendação e não compensou.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado e ótima receptividade. Recomendo para viajantes e famílias. Destaque para o café da manhã. Super completo. E também para a conveniência na entrada, quebra bem o galho.
A necessidade de ter que sair do carro para abrir o portão da garagem.

O sinal da internet no meu quarto funcionou muito mal, pq era o ultimo do corredor ap. 216.

Péssimo.
Check in super demorado. Estávamos com uma bebê de 5 meses, depois de um tempão pra fazer o check in, quando chegamos no quarto não dava pra tomar banho, pq a água que saía do chuveiro estava FERVENDO. Ligamos pra recepção, chamaram a manutenção.. fecharam o registro, ficamos sem água. Depois de mais de 1 hora aguardando a resolução, informaram que o hotel estava vazio, por isso o aquecedor da água ficou desregulado e nao teria como resolver!!!!! Fomos embora e tivemos que procurar outro hotel.

Péssima estadia! Péssimo atendimento! Não recomendo a ninguém!
Não gostei de nada.
Cama minúscula, entramos no quarto não tinha papel higiênico! As toalhas horríveis! Precisamos de travesseiro, a recepção mandou a gente descer pra buscar! Café da manhã horrível! Funcionários trabalhando de chinelo no setor de refeição! O hotel dispõe de duas entradas, na sexta-feira estava chovendo, e queríamos sair pra jantar na rua de trás, o restaurante fica exatamente em frente à recepção de trás do hotel, ao invés deles abrirem a recepção pra gente passar, o recepcionista mandou a gente ir andando na chuva que era pertinho e rapidinho chegaríamos! A garagem é um horror! A única coisa boa no hotel é a localização, mais nada! Não indico pra ninguém! Infelizmente não tirei fotos, para compartilhar aqui.
