Wenn man das Parkplatz Problem kennt - sehr gut zu empfehlen.

Im Vergleich zu anderen, die ich bisher besucht habe, sehr sauber. Hatte ein Zimmer hinten raus - war extrem ruhig.

Beim Buchen steht da, dass es freie Parkplätze gibt, man muss aber vorab einen reservieren, um einen zu bekommen. Das bemerkt man dann erst wenn man im Zimmer war unbd keine Parkplatznummer bekommen hat. Habe vorort aus demAutro angerufen, dakonnte mirkeiner eine Auskunft geben. Kommt man nach 17Uhr erreicht man nur eine Hotline ,die nicht helfen kann. das zugesandte Online Formular vorab ausfüllen ist überflüssig, da es dann nochmal im Zimmer liegt, und ausgefüllt zu werden.

Perfekt

Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet - gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung war perfekt... entstandene Fragen wurden umgehend geklärt auch am Samstag Abend.

Es war sehr warm im Appartement, ohne dass die Heizung an war. Vermutlich haben wir nicht verstanden, wie die Klimaanlage richtig angeht. Wir hatten aber auch keine Zeit, um uns damit genauer zu beschäftigen.

Would stay here again

It was very clean and modern and very well equipped. I would book here and stay here again.

The only draw back was that our apartment was facing the road, which is a very busy road with a tram line also passing, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the noise. If possible, ask for a rear facing apartment to reduce the noise.

A nice place to stay, but it needs improvement

The room was really big and well equipped. The location was okay, maybe would be problematic in case of using public transport.

The contact person could be nicer. The cleaning staff was very loud when cleaning the neighbouring rooms in the morning. In my opinion they should also be informed that we would leave the room the same day and wait with cleaning. It did not happen, so we were woken up by an employee that entered our room. No door hanger was provided so we could not avoid it.

The English version describing how to enter the apartment was misleading and a challenge to figure out. The wifi was terrible. It didn't work.

Nice place for long stays, but beware of check-in problems

The apartment is new and comfortable.

Upon arrival, we had problems with the check-in and the key code to enter the apartment. It took around 5 hours and asking help from neighbors to contact the management team to solve this issue. We heard from neighbors that problems with the keys were common there. If you're coming from abroad, like I did, be sure you'll arrive during office hours to avoid this type of situation (I arrived during regular office hours, but they had informed me on that day the office would close earlier). Other problems also happened throughout my stay, like internet connection malfunction and the elevator stopping for a day. We got a compensation and apology from the management team. I hope the company will invest a little more on the check-in system and expand options for emergency contact.

Definitely recommended for anyone staying in Braunschweig!

Very modern, awesome interior design, minimalistic but all you need, super clean, friendly staff

very comfortable bed. relatively spacious bathroom with large shower. kitchen corner adequately equipped even with dishwasher. I can only recommend to everyone

Very good

room clean and comfy, you have everything you need to prepare food or relax, location is very good also, near to highway and city centre

Internet connection was pretty bad, at most times it was even not appearing at all

Difficult to stay on the south side

Kitchenette was usefull, great service and friendly staff

The room faced the busy street to the south so opening the windows to cool the room, allowed so much noise in you could not talk and be heard. It was too warm or too loud. WeWash was useful but complicated.
