** Brand New HVAC System: To ensure your comfort during your stay, we installed a brand new HVAC system in August 2024. The system is designed to keep the indoor environment cool and pleasant, providing a refreshing escape from the warm Florida weather.
Key Features:
Spacious Layout: This two-story house boasts a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the second floor, providing a convenient and spacious area for cooking and entertaining. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, one of which is en suite in the master bedroom, and 1 bathroom downstairs, located inside one of the bedrooms.
Heated Pool: Take a dip in our private pool, the perfect spot for unwinding after a day at the beach. Lounge on the poolside deck or enjoy a refreshing swim in the Florida sunshine.
Putting Green: We've just added a custom putting green to the property, perfect for golf enthusiasts or anyone looking to have some fun and practice their short game in a relaxing setting.
Basketball Court: Enjoy shooting hoops on our private basketball court, great for some friendly competition or just staying active during your stay.
Balconies/Decks: Relax and take in the breathtaking views from one of our two balconies or decks. One of them offers stunning bay views, creating the ideal backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
BBQ Area: Fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue with family and friends. Our outdoor BBQ area is the perfect place to savor delicious meals in the open air. Please note that we do not provide propane for the BBQ, but it is conveniently available right down the street at Walgreens.
Game Room: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fantastic game room equipped with a big-screen TV, pool table, darts, and a cozy couch. This space opens up to the pool area, creating a seamless transition from entertainment to relaxation.
