Lovely, spacious house and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Exceptionally clean and the high chair was a bonus for my toddler. Good location for North Bay, and ideal for the wedding we were attending at the registry office. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Spacious family house and a good host who responded quickly to enquiries. Comfortable beds and sofas. Parking for up to 3 [small] cars on the drive. Excellent bathroom with a large walk in shower - I don't understand why there are no pictures of this, as it may lose bookings if potential customers think there isn't a shower.
I have a dust allergy and was disappointed to find the top of every door, picture frame, mirror and some skirting boards, were covered in a thick layer of dust. The whole house would benefit from some TLC - almost all woodwork is chipped and unsightly, many walls require repainting, there are cobwebs on many ceilings, and the smoke alarm is thick with dust. There is black mould on some of the UPVC window frames. There are plenty of pans, but almost no ovenware. The radiator cover in the hall is not fixed to the wall and could be dangerous. The back garden is in a poor state with some hard surfaces covered in green mould. We were a group of 6 and there was only one set of house keys, an extra set would have been useful and appreciated. We know Scarborough very well, but it may be helpful to others to perhaps have an information folder in the house - transport, local facilities, emergency number for a doctor, instructions on how to use the white goods, etc.

Superb location, decent parking for 2 large cars. Comfortable, great space.
A instruction book would be useful to include wifi code, heating instructions, what bins collect what (as all bins are different colours in different reigons so we were not sure which one was for recycling, what you could recycle etc and which one was for general rubbish.

We had a wonderful week in July the house was so comfortable and exceptionally clean even had fresh clean smell. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. We had family of 4 a toddler a baby and dog there was plenty space and seats for all especially in the kitchen dining room. Enclosed back garden ideal for dog and toddler.

Was a bit far for wee one to walk into town but took the cars and got parked no problem therefore not a big issue. Maby list of taxis and restaurant recommendations would be good.

We loved our stay here. Close to all North Bay attractions, it's a spacious and nicely decorated home with comfy beds and a great shower. Dog friendly, especially the roomy kitchen diner and the enclosed back garden. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property well situated for walking to a number of areas. Plenty of space, well equipped and lovely secure back garden for the dog. Handy for local walks along the old Scarborough to Whitby railway line.

One of the single beds and the double bed mattresses were so uncomfortable that we left a day early. The shower is slow to drain and is in danger of overflowing onto the bathroom floor if you have a long shower.

The house was warm, clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. Rooms were large and bright and beds were super comfy. Excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities/equipment. Direct access from kitchen/diner into garden at the back. Truly, a home from home property in a quiet location, not too far from town. Very kind of the owner to provide milk and a bottle of wine; much appreciated. Very doggy friendly and no limits on where they are allowed in the property, which is how it should be when advertised as dog friendly.

A beautiful presented house in a lovely area. Modern, clean and spacious, with everything you need. A great helpful host who responded immediately.
The only thing I would say is that the front bed is very hard and could do with a mattress topper. However this wouldn't stop us from staying again. We loved the house.

Lovely property, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our family break. Nice touch to have a tree up for Christmas. Loved that we could bring our dog too.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well presented, the tv in the front room was a big screen and had free Netflix and amazon prime 👌
The only thing that was disappointing, was there was no cutlery. So had no knives and forks or spoons to eat our food 🤔

spacious, comfortable, practical for elderly parents with mobility issuesI would recommend the delightful off-road walk to Peaseholm Park along the old railway cycle & pedestrian route, through the cemetery and down through the woods along Peaseholm Beck which we found by chance.
as it was a property to accommodate up to 6, we would personally found it helpful to have more than 3 ordinary water / juice glasses, a large teapot and we also would like to suggest that a non-slip bath mat could be made available to avoid slip accidents in the shower for less steady people. We bought one. We did have a lovely stay though and these are just suggestions for minor improvements.

The house was immaculate, it is very central to the beach and shopping, parks and Flamingoland with a car. We loved the shower and the real fire!

Lovely property. Very spacious. Location was fab. Enough parking for two cars. The house was toasty warm when we arrived.Sarah was amazing with answering all my messages and then was fab with my uncertainty on if I was going to make it.
Love the tv and Netflix/ prime (as I don’t have these it were amazing!!) kitchen had everything you needed and easy to use - I could go on but this place was perfect, we loved it!!
Nothing was terrible, really loved this house and will definitely book again. Things that would improve the arrival - maybe a light that lights up the door number - we had to walk up the street with a torch 😂 the key lock box, again took some finding but then was in an obvious place - personally the double bed mattress was too hard for us. But none of those things will stop us from coming back

A superb house, absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The welcome gifts of wine, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious with quality furniture and thick cosy carpets - all making a homely and relaxed atmosphere. It’s a home from home. The lounge has a lovely large tv with Netflix etc making it all so easy! We had a fabulous relaxing break.

The house was absolutely beautifully decorated, with luxurious kitchen equipment and furniture. Lovely little back garden for small dogs to use. We arrived to a luxuriously large Christmas tree lit up in the lounge which was very beautiful. Very spacious home with 2 large bedrooms and one small room with bunk beds. Huge bathroom with gorgeous modern bath and large walk-in shower. Very spacious and welcoming entrance area with space for muddy shoes, bags, keys, dog leads, coats etc. Sarah was extremely welcoming and friendly, and her communication once we'd arrived at the house was brilliant. There was a washing machine/tumble dryer located in a small storage room under the stairs which we used once and great for storing bags etc. Generous amount of towels and toilet paper provided.
Main bed was a bit hard for my wife but I found it comfortable and I slept well. There was a thick mattress topper in the cupboard that we used which helped alot. Some road noise in main bedroom when the windows are open but nothing too serious as it's not a main or too busy road. Location was ok. Not enough dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, but loads of other house cleaning equipment and supplies.
