Amazing!

Staff were super welcoming and friendly, great location, very clean, great facilities. Ilknur stayed up till we got in safe from our flight after midnight, Lorna gave us great recommendations which we followed religiously throughout our stay and loved them all! Was really helpful and friendly. Mark went out of his way to book our boat trip for us, nothing was too big of a job to do. Overall a very welcoming, relaxing and safe atmosphere which really added so much to our stay! We can’t thank them enough. Bike rental very close to location, was very affordable and worth it for stay Location was so handy! 40 minute drive from airport (€41 taxi) 15 minute cycle to Kos town centre or 30 min walk 10 min walk to stoney beach 20 min cycle to sandy beach 15 min cycle / 30 min walk to bus station

Extremely friendly staff and hosts, cool swimming pool, great pool snack bar.

Nothing really, maybe the bathrooms need to be renovated in the future to have bigger shower plates.

Amazing budget stay in Kos!

Very lovely property, exceeded our expectations. A bit far from the main town but about a 30 minute walk in but easy to hire bikes or cars. Staff were amazing and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great value for money! Clean, comfortable, has a really nice pool. Highly recommend for a budget stay.

Didn’t come with any shampoo or conditioner. Beach towels would’ve been nice too.

Exceptional

Perfect location and accommodation for your stay in Kos. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you need. It is located just 5 min driving from the city centre and couple of min walking from the seaside. Minimarket, gas station and bars are also reachable walking distance. There's a pool and a bar/reception and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They gave me useful information and tips for places to visit. Absolutely recommended!

Exactly what it says on the tin, plus the most wonderful staff!

The hotel and it's staff are wonderful!! The location is great if you like to be away from the crowds and if you don't like walking, they will arrange a taxi for you. Rooms are basic, but huge!

It's a little dated, but to be expected at this price point. Wish the bar was open a little later...

Relaxing few days and lovely staff

Lovely spacious room, clean and tidy and lovely pool area. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the pool bar and snacks were reasonably priced. Very relaxing place to stay around twenty minutes from the centre of kos town.

Only thing we struggled with was the Wi-Fi it didn’t work very well in our room but worked fine around the pool area.

Mark and Lorna in the pool snack bar were by far the nicest most attentive and accommodating staff we have come across in years. Great cocktails and snacks very reasonably priced. The Owner Ilknur was so helpful also. The appts are family run and just so relaxing and peaceful. A lovely atmosphere there within walking distance of the town centre. Really enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be back.

Apartments are basic but at the end of the day everything we needed was there. Air conditioning excellent and they were very clean. The easy going, cosy atmosphere and the excellent staff more than made up for it.

You can feel like at home.

The owner İlknur and all the staff (especially Marc) are very friendly. She explained everything about the city on arrival. We tried all places that she suggested to us and all of them were perfect. It is about 3,5km from city center. The pool is clean and good for relaxing. They have a poolbar.

Family run and authentic

Location is about 25 minutes walk to the main port area of Kos Town. Some decent local places nearby. Apartments basic but good. Great staff, very helpful. Pool brilliant.

Michalis Studios is a friendly place for everyone

Michalis Studios & Appartments made our holidays 2022 perfect. The owner & manager Manos is very friendly and you can always ask him for travel tips and local recommendations. The room is classical greek standard with a little balcony and air-condition and I´d like to highlight the very well-equipped kitchen, where someone really made the thoughts with the equipment (toaster/kettle/salt/pepper/sponge and dishwashing detergent). The pool is very clean and protected by the neighbouring buildings, so there´s no wind around it. During our stay we have seen other couples, families with children, young/elder guys so the place might be recommended to all travellers and due to Manoses frinedliness, everyone feels welcome. The bar is open during the day and you can enjoy breakfast/warm snacks and beer in pre-freezed glasses. You can borrow a bicycle nearby for about 4 EUR a day and reach the Kos-town in about 10 Minutes. Definitely place to recommend.

There are not enough taxis at Kos, so we had to wait more than 1 hour upon arrival and plan our pick-up taxi in advance (at least 1 day prior) to be sure to be at the airport on time.

Lovely wee family hotel. Very clean in a nice location.

Great location not too far from beach. Supermarket round corner and bike hire and great eating places a short walk away. Really clean and comfortable apartments. Well maintained and air conditioned.

Shower was not the best but was okay. To be fair it did the job.
