Reserved parking spot and easily walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. John and Amanda, we had a great time at your place! It was our anchor, as we would be gone all day but would come back and change, and or reschedule to meet other loved ones, we had 44 family members that we partied on the beach in Yuba with and on Oxford Drive in Traverse City, making so many wonderful memories. Thank you again so much for our amazing stay in Traverse City!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked and central location. Owners were easy to communicate with, we had a question regarding the a/c and it was answered in under five minutes. We didn't want to leave! We will be back and hopefully soon!

Lots of construction going on so it was good to be able to walk downtown. Condo is cute and well-equipped. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts were easy to deal with and quickly answered all my questions.

This condo was spotlessly clean, & very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, & the beds also very comfortable. We enjoyed eating at places like Poppycocks, & also enjoyed visiting several wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants! Check in and check out was super easy. Condo was clean but the carpeted areas are heavily stained. We liked the easy access of the 1st floor. Didn’t do any cooking but did make coffee and would have liked a bigger mug. All in all a great location and a clean and comfortable place to stay!

Great location, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo was very comfortable, clean had everything we needed. Couple negatives, carpet was very stained, looked bad, toilet set in master was not secured and the screen on the door wall was very difficult to slide. Overall very nice.

Although we were too early for the fall colors, we had a great time. It’s a nice place to stay. We were glad to be on the first floor. Easier for us elderly to carry things in and out. Love the big table for game playing. Everything was very clean and neat, but there are definitely some ugly carpet stains that I felt were probably cleaned but looked yucky. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

We found the condo comfortable and very convenient for what we had planned for a long weekend. The guys wanted to watch some college football at the end of the day and we struggled with the TV. Cable did not have the channels they wanted and the streaming options did not have the games. We were not in Traverse City to watch football so we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for what we had planned and met our needs. Location was perfect.

The property is as listed and was a great location for us as we were visiting Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and the peninsulas. We had 5 adults in our party. We were expecting to use the pull queen mattress but ended up just sleeping on the couch. I would not count on the pull out for sleeping unless maybe for a child. The two bathrooms are nice and plenty of towels were provided. Nice large table to sit 6 or more people. There are some stains on the carpet but that didn’t bother us. The house was clean. Parking was clear and easy. Overall a great rating and we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our visit! You could see the lake from the patio, it was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend! Will be back again!

We loved it. Very spacious for the 6 of us. Had everything we needed and handled our partying very well! We could walk to the shopping and dining out which was great! The wineries were within 15 minutes and we visited 2 of them. The ghost tour was a stitch and we learned about the paranormal in Traverse City past. Great getaway for 2 days.

Condo was exceptionally clean. Had everything required for the stay. The location was excellent. Short walk to lake and downtown. Close to all the restaurants. Easy to get in and out of as well. Really enjoyed my stay and hosts were very responsive and even followed up with me on a forgotten item on day of check out. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly what we were hoping for when booking online. All appliances were operational. Upon arrival the premises were very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with from beginning to end. It was 100 percent worry free and a pleasant mini vacation. Would highly recommend if you desire a carefree trip.

We couldn't have asked for anything better in a condo for our girls weekend. The location is perfect for walking to shopping and food/drink spots. Ample parking was provided as well. The owners are quick to respond and have thought of everything in their unit with all of the things they provide you. We would totally come back again!

Great location to downtown Traverse City MI. and a park across the street for watching the sunset. 1st floor, easy in and out. Very clean and spacious. Loved all the counter space in the kitchen. Would stay there again.
