The Space:
The modern and open floor plan boasts 1,141 square feet of living space. The fun and funky interior design makes this the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the living room while watching television. Not ready to call it a night? Open the slider and step out onto the balcony and chill.

The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.

NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom.

My daughter and I went on an adventure in Northern Michigan making our first stop in Traverse City. The apartment is in a great location and just the right size for the two of us.

We had a wonderful time on our anniversary trip. The condo was super nice, very clean and had everything we needed to make this trip special. We were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions, which was a plus in getting in a little exercise. The rental agency was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We wonderful stay everything was as described. We loved everything about the condo! We had a problem with the TV and had immediate response when we reached out to the property management. They helped us resolve the issue very quickly. Would recommend to others and stay agin without hesitation!

We were delighted with everything about this loft. It was spotlessly clean. The host communicated quickly and answered every question we had. Location is amazing – so close to downtown and we were able to ride bikes directly from the suite to the Tart Trail. Covered parking was a bonus -but be informed-there is parking for only one vehicle-but ample street parking if you have a second. Check out was a bonus as the owners take care of everything. Will definitely return!

This trip was an annual trip for tasting and purchasing wine in the Traverse City area. We like to stay in the village but couldn't find a place on short notice and found this property that fit the requirements. It was a great location with Loco Boys Brewery, Slabtown burgers, and Burrit's all really close and of course the village less than a mile away. The early morning traffic noise was the only drawback but other than that a great location

House was all we could ask for - had all we needed and then some. Clean, perfect amenities with kitchen and laundry availability. Restful and close to many great restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First time staying in the Slabtown area. Place is new and everything works. Has two king beds which most competitors don’t. Would easily rent again if available.

Stayed here for the weekend for a Bachelor party. It was located in a good part of town with food and drinks within walking distance. Place was clean and overall very nice looking. Would stay here again.

This unit had all the basics you would need for a short stay. Maybe some extra touches like games, sounds machines, or other miscellaneous things would be nice. The egg crate topper made the beds a bit too soft. The pillows were very firm!! Loved the location with Slabtown Burgers and Loco Boys both across the street. This unit worked great for us!!!

the accommodations were very good. Bedding was wonderful and everything very clean. restaurants nearby and a short 1/2 mile walk to center of shopping and restaurants. the unit was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend

The condo was wonderful! It was immaculately clean and well stocked with all the necessities. It was conveniently located (within walking distance) to many restaurants and bars and walkable to the water/bay. The management company was very responsive to any questions about the property and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Traverse City.

This was a lovely condo, practically brand new and close enough to/from anywhere you’d want to adventure in TC. Note, there is an elevator - we didn’t realize this at first and took the stairs.

Condo is new and very clean. Easy to find and great parking. Communication from owner is quick and concise. Location perfect for walking to restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again our next visit.

We loved staying here. It’s a really beautiful place and great location. If road noise bothers you don’t stay here but we didn’t have any issues using white noise at night. We’d gladly rent again in the future.

There was no better place to stay for us. We were in the heart of the city and could walk to many places. The facility is something you would see in a home magazine. In fact, our unit seemed new and unused. I hope to stay there again on the next trip.

This is a great building/property! The parking structure is very well lit and entry into building is secure. The unit itself was spotless and had all that you would need for a getaway weekend. Location is centrally located. Will definitely be keeping this saved as a favorite when visiting the area in the future.

Great place and location. Would definitely rent again. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review was the elevator wasn’t working and that the pillows were terrible.
