Loved the view, utilities and comfort.

Clean and out of the hustle and bustle of tourist areas but within a fair driving distance to the beach

Would have liked to understood the linen process as I was not aware of the towels in the closet of the extra room and one day a bag of linens appeared in the tote of the porch but wasn’t sure if we were to use them or not.

Really nice time really allowed us to explore parts of Delaware as we'd never been.

Location was good. Not too close. Not too far. Advantages to both though. The location did allow us to strike out at more interesting places like Lewes and Rohoboth which was very nice. Also Ocean Beach was 20 min. away.

Our only issue was the garbage. It was normal garbage not recycling. Recycling was easy. We did not know what to do and did not create a situation with neighbors or the association. Fortunately, we were on the go so not generate a lot. Instructions would have been good perhaps on the list on the fridge.

The parking was not as advertised the space that was for my unit someone else parked in the entire time and someone hit my truck driving through the facility with a golf ball off the Teebox
