Fijn appartement met prachtig uitzicht en mooi gelegen.

Het uitzicht en de locatie

Contact met de host. Afspraak was dat er fysieke overdracht was van de sleutels van het appartement. Dit was niet het geval. Met een code kon sleutelbox buiten aan hek geopend worden. Het lukte eerst niet. Ze hadden geen goede instructie gegeven hoe de box geopend moest worden. Communicatie hierover kon beter! Werden ook niet teruggebeld (had ik wel om gevraagd). Ramen en spiegels konden beter schoongemaakt worden. En we misten een vaatwasser, en 2 extra handdoeken was ook fijn geweest. Nu 5 dagen moeten doen met 2 handdoeken.

Great stay, amazing views and nice apartment

Nice and spacious apartment, had all needed amenities, loved the view from the balcony, great location 😍

There was a smell in the bathroom but the whole town had that mixed smell of sewage system and fish as it’s a port town

Meerblick und Meeresrauschen

Tolle Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr ruhiges, gepflegtes Haus mit einem wirklich neuwertig renovierten Apartment. Sonniger Balkon, vor allem morgens bis mittags. Gutes Bett, auch das Schlafsofa ist brauchbar. Man hört die Meeresbrandung, sollte man mögen! 😄

Man hört die Generatoren der im nahegelegenen Hafen mehrmals täglich an- und ablegenden Fähren. Manchmal je nach Wind auch mal ein bisschen Dieselgeruch, aber die Schiffe sind viel sauberer geworden.

Location, right overlooking the beach, near to the beach, and bars / restaurants.

No English speaking channels on the TV Netflix and Amazon apps were installed on the TV, but could not get them to open, ever when using my own Netflix and Amazon login details.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Tenerife et recommandons cette île qui est très joyeuse !

La vue est exceptionnelle et l appartement est très bien à Los Cristianos : on peut se rendre dans les magasins, les restaurants et les plages à pied. Il y a un parking, ce qui est très appréciable.

On a eu un peu de mal à trouver l appartement : dans l application Waze, je recommande de mettre le nom de l appartement : Cristianmar (il faut prendre une rue qui est en sens interdit mais qui est autorisé pour les résidents du Cristianmar.).

Appartement agréable et très bien placé

Emplacement idéal en plein centre du remblai de Los Cristianos. La terrasse donne une vue imprenable sur l’océan. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Appartement propre et moderne dans sa globalité. Très sécurisé. Voisinage très sympathique !

Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. Une mauvaise odeur provenait de la salle de bain. Pas de climatisation (heureusement un ventilateur dans la chambre).

Very good

Everything near in the hood beach, restaurants, markets, bars,... very nice view from balcony.

There was no air conditioner and bad smell from bathroom shower. Small ants in kitchen and loud sea becouse there is no aircon. you must open window.

3 person stay at apartment in April

Very pleasant stay at Cristianmar apartment. I loved hearing the waves from the apartment, especially at night and the view is just jaw dropping. Excellent location! Very clear instructions were given by the agent about the location of the apartment. There is also private car parking available. Perfect for 3-4 people. Couch turns into a bed. Very clean and well cared for apartment. Would highly recommend!

Would have loved more coffee in the room but otherwise everything was great.

10 Day winter holiday

Had a lovely view, clean and kitchen had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable but could have done with extra pillows. Very close to beach.

No pool, no air conditioning, balcony had really uncomfortable furniture so couldn't sit for very long enjoying the view. Shower tiny. Also there was a weird smell in the apartment

Apartment was clean. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

Poor location across from ferry terminal. Noise and air pollution from dirty old diesel engines. Sewer smells from bathroom. There is a mentally challenged person living in apartment below which has screaming fits in the middle of the night. Non smoking apartment but the person next is a chain smoker. View from apartment is not completely true. Would not recommend staying in this complex.

This Apartment is super special. It has everything you would need There' is always a But I don't go on holiday's to watch TV we had a couple of showery day's it would have been nice to have some background music .But really i like to keep in the know with the News, or if you don't want to go out every evening there are no English Channels.

Not having English Channels. The idea of booking an Apartment like this you can cook for yourself stay in and watch a bit of TV 😁 .I will just have to improve my Spanish. 🤩

Great location with beautiful seaview, pleasant atmosphere in a quiet area. Everything nearby. :-)

We received all necessary details about, how to get the keys at the airport and where to park with our rented car already before our arrival. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, we always got immediate response in case of questions. The appartment is well equipped, huge wardrobes in the bedroom and excellent balcony with a great view to the ocean. Playa las Vistas in 5 minutes walk distance. Supermarkets, small restaurants nearby. The slip for ferries to the other islands is visible from the balcony, but absolutely not disturbing (we were afraid that it could be annoying). The waves of the ocean are really loud. This might be disturbing if you want to sleep by open windows.

Just a recommendation: You may request the link with the right GPS coordinates from the host before your arrival because you may not find the tiny street - where only those can drive in, who are living in that building - by simply following the address. :-)

Modern clean room and a spectacular seaview.

Nice big comfy double bed, amazing mirror, top tier view, lovely balcony. can watch the cruise ships come in.

No complaints from me.

Beautiful and very relaxing holidays

The location is great, the apt is on the 4th floor overlooking the sea and the volcanic mountains Breathtaking🥰. There are stairs and lift to get to the apt. The apt complex is well maintained and clean. The apt is just the right size for a couple, very bright and airy. Its also very well equipped with utensils, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge and TV. The location of the complex is in the well established part of Los Cristianos but not too busy. Within walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Anna in the agency couldnt me more helpful and always available in case of any probs/issues. Internet stopped working one day and after messaging Anna it took only a short time for it to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No air conditioning. Slept with the windows and balcony opened for air and even the breeze still didnt stop mosquitoes from getting in during the night.
