As you step insidide, you are greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The large living space features tasteful furnishings creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and trees, inviting you to unwind and soak in the beauty of the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors.

The home sleeps up to 4 people with the queen bed in the bedroom, and the comfortable memory foam mattress in the plush sleeper sofa in the living room. You can relax in the leather recliners or sit at the spacious dining table while enjoying views of the beautiful Flagstaff mountains and trees through the wall of windows in the living room.

The living room seamlessly flows into a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or enjoying a leisurely dinner after a day of exploration, the kitchen offers convenience and functionality.

This welcoming home has central heat and air conditioning which is an added bonus in the summer months when temperatures can climb into the 90’s.

Outside, a private patio awaits, offering the perfect spot to savor a morning cup of coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. A barbecue grill provides the opportunity for alfresco dining, where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountain surroundings.

The home has the following amenities:

Living area: flat screen smart TV with cable and Netflix, DVD playrt, games, free wi-fi.

Outdoors: large wrap around deck with beautiful views, gas grill, outdoor dining table, chairs, love seat, sofa table, and sun umbrella.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, dish soap, cookware, dishes, glassware, Kuerig, complimentary coffee and tea pods, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot and spices.

Bathroom: shower/tub, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries.

You are steps away from the driving range and Timberline Short Nine, a 3 par 9 hole golf course. Continental Country Club is also steps away where you can play on the public 18 hole golf course, or you can eat/drink at the popular Oakmont Restaurant/bar. The restaurant periodically hosts music on the patio as well as other fun events through out the year that make your visit truly enjoyable. Access to the club's private ammenities which includes two pools, pickleball courts, and a workout facility are available for an additional fee.

There are so many great things to do and see in and around Flagstaff. The home has many hiking and biking trails within walking distance, close to historic downtown, Snowbowl, the sledding hill, as well as short drives to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Camp Verde, Lake Mary, Lake Powell and more!

This was a terrific extended stay! Here are the details important to us: - Great communication with the host and property manager - Parking just steps from the door - Quiet, respectful neighbors - A 5 minute walk to a great gym - Lots of shower water pressure - Great deck to hang outside (with a grill) - Great location in terms of meaningful day trips - Comfortable bed - Great cable TV with Netflix - Powerful AC system - Safe neighborhood with lots of walking opportunities - Well equipped kitchen for eating in We have zero complaints about our stay! Already looking forward to coming back!

My hubby is critical of every bed aside from his at home. Always a hole- deep impression. NOT here! The mattress was new maybe? Perfect sleep. The black chairs in living area are comfortable recliners. Starbucks pods and hot showers. Location was great and we arrived in the fall with gorgeous trees surrounding. Would stay here again

This was our third visit to this "home" - so that says a lot. Everything is clean and the furnishings are comfortable and homey. Karen is very quick (and pleasant) to answer questions and address concerns. We had a very relaxing stay and plan to return again.

Perfect size for 2 adults, with a pullout sofa if needed. Lovely deck with gas grill. Furnishings are mostly first rate and kitchen has most things you need. HVAC greatly appreciated! We would love to stay again at this condo.

We used this as our home base to take day trips to see the sights of Northern Arizona. It is near enough to the freeways to make travel simple. The home was quiet, comfortable and convenient to excellent restaurants. We highly recommend this home and the hosts.

We enjoyed this unit. It was clean, cute and had all the essentials. We were able to hike several days in Sedona, see the Grand Canyon and take in the sites around Flagstaff. There is a fun mountain biking park near the rental. We rented bikes from Absolute Bikes in Flagstaff. If we are fortunate enough to get back to the area we would rent this unit again.

The property is in a great location, convenient for Flagstaff and local attractions. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are there for snowboarding. This property is the perfect spot after a busy day. It gave us the comfort and the coziness amongst this freezing weather. The hosts are super nice and absolutely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The condo, kitchen and furnishings were really nice, and the side view of the pine treed yard from the wrap around porch would have been ideal it it were not for the noise that came from a busy street intersection just feet away. The bathroom toilet was not at a universal height and was too low for the comfort of retirement aged people.

This was our second year in a row to stay 1 month. Once again we were very happy with our choice. The townhome is clean, well stocked, and makes for a comfortable stay. The description on the VRBO site is accurate. The central A/C was a big plus on warm days. We definitely recommend it to others.

Great location, especially if you are a golfer. Right across the street from Continental Golf course. Nice wrap around porch which is partially covered. House was very nice and perfect for a couple.

Pros: Very clean, super comfortable bed, well stocked in kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Friendly neighbors, good selection of games. The owner had detailed instructions on how to use the TV and Roku, great suggestions for restaurants. Also had a basket full of brochures for local attractions and hiking trails. Cons: The only con was the street noise at night and early morning. The condo sits on the corner of Oakmont and Country Club so lots of traffic. We are light sleepers, but this may not bother some people. The windows need cleaning also.

1 BR but has a pull out couch for the kids! Very nice and clean. Little amenities like coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner, and a hairdryer are much appreciated. Great view of the pines. Loved sitting on the deck with nice cooler temps! Will return for sure!
