The large open dining area has seating for six and seating for two at the breakfast bar. This spacious master suite has a king bed, TV, large closet, carpeting, and its own patio. The master bathroom is perfect with tile floors, dual sinks, a separate shower, and a spa tub. The guest suite has two Queen beds, a TV, a large closet, carpeting, with an adjoining bathroom. The guest bath has tile floors, dual sinks, a separate shower, and a spa tub.
You will have covered garage parking with access to two elevators. Located in the Forest Beach area, Sea Crest provides guests with easy access to many island activities. Nearby Coligny Beach Park provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Across the street, guests can visit Coligny Plaza, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Sea Crest offers great vacation living and the whole Hilton Head Island experience to make your stay memorable!
Low Country Celebration Park is just a quick walk away. This amazing park provides active and passive recreational activities, amenities, and scenic views for families and individuals. The park is minutes away from the Towns' award-winning Coligny Beach Park.
*** Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled.
At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.
*** Construction Update***
• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.
