could have been an excellent stay

comfortable bed, huge closet, amenities were great. The apartment was pleasant as well. Detail to cleaning is needed.

hair is a pet peeve of mine. loose hair on bathroom floors and sinks upon arrival. I have a habit to bring lysol and wipes when I travel. Upon wiping the counters, a lot of hair was found. Refrigerator freezer wasn't clean.

Good location near UF. Easy checkin. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Good food areas nearby and walking distance away. No noise issues at all.

Plenty of room in parking area but may be difficult with bigger size vehicles.

It was wonderful…close to UF campus as well as our kid’s apartment. Hoping to book in the future for graduation. 😊😊

We loved the spacious accommodations. Great kitchen, space to visit with family and both bedrooms had walk-in closets!

Excellent stay.

Location was excellent and the apartment was bigger than expected. Loved the walk in closets.

We could only stream TV services. Could not watch regular television.

If we commit to the Gators program this will be our home away from home.

Good location, spacious, and well kept.

I saw a baby roach the first night and another medium size roach when leaving. If I didn’t have that encounter it would have been an excellent stay.

We had to only stay one night because the bedding and the apartment was not clean.

Location near restaurants and hiking was great

Hair on the bed sheets, ants in the bathroom, bug on the wall, lots of hair found in the drawer in the bathroom

Cozy and spacious home away from home!

This property is clean, close to campus, beautiful, fully stocked and cozy! Parking is convenient and the amenities are top-notch! This place is SO MUCH better than a hotel- especially when traveling with family and wanting a bigger space to relax, make meals together, and hang out. It’s like a home away from home.

The ONLY downside is that they don’t allow pets. We love to bring our small dogs with us when we visit our kids at UF. We always bring their crate so they aren’t roaming the room on the few occasions that we don’t take them with us. Because this property doesn’t allow dogs, we can’t stay here when we bring them.

Just need a good clean up to be perfect!

A very spacious apartment equipped with kitchen utilities at walking distance from restaurants! Had Netflix on livingroom tv :) Complained about hairs on bed and management took care of it in a short time.

Cleanliness was a disappointment! They charged a $95.00 dollars cleaning fee however as soon as I entered in the apartment I saw German cockroaches running around, people's hair on bed sheets and pillows, the kitchen sink was dirty and dirt residue on TV screen.

didn’t get last email instructions do had to reach out to staff, but they were quick and took care of me within minutes, so I guess it wasn’t so bad. also there were no wash clothes and only 4 towels. we had 5 people

Open concept was great.

The location was great.

The ceiling had lots of dust.A build up of dust was on ALL fans. Dusting needs to part of the cleaning process.

All in all it was a awesome experience and we wasn’t ready to go back home.

I loved this property it was nice it felt homey.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the only communication I had was by email. Which it made it hard to get a quick response.

I would highly recommend staying at the Scholar Apartments.

The fully furnished two bedroom apartment was very new, clean and modern. The apartment was conveniently located near UF Health Shands Hospital as I had a procedure there. There was no shortage of great places to eat in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend the Scholar Apartments.

A clean and well-appointed apartment, spoilt by the very poor supply of kitchen equipment.

Spacious, bathrooms good and well supplied with towels and toiletries, bedrooms comfortable.

An astoundingly poorly supplied kitchen, which spoilt the otherwise well supplied apartment. in an apartment for four people there were four dinner plates, four side plates, four bowls - of which one was badly cracked and not useable. Two dinner knives, four forks, two dessert spoons, one teaspoon. This meant that every time you ate anything, you needed to wash it before you could eat again. Couldn’t wash in the sink as no plug, and only one sachet of powder supplied for the dishwasher. And no corkscrew! Did people walk off with the rest of the equipment? No toaster. This is seriously poor and way below all the other places we have stayed on this trip to Florida.
