Well equipped apartment only a few minutes away from amenities

Very spacious, well equipped and well situated apartment only a short walk from local amenities. Great communication with host and straightforward check in.

Some areas of the flat could be cleaned a little better - sofa very dusty. The bathroom is well equipped but very small for a tall person!

Amazing value for money and extremely clearn.

The flat was very clean, not smelly at all unlike many in malta, and pretty spacious. Location is very convenient. We didn't use it for cooking but it looked like it was well equipped.

Appartement très bien situé dans une jolie rue de La Valette, calme, bien équipé, lit confortable. Clé à retirer dans une boîte à l’entrée suivant les instructions claires des propriétaires. Stationnement facile dans la rue ou dans le parking gratuit au bout de la rue.

Attention pour les plus grands au plafond bas de la salle de bain vous risquez quelques bosses. Un peu trop de clarté dans la chambre la nuit

Great location and value for money

Lovely quiet location but close enough to the centre for a comfortable walk.

The bed was particularly hard, could do with a mattress topper or new mattress. Shower head wouldn’t stay on

I was lied, that there is no moldew on the ceiling in the bathroom....yes, it is hard to notice since the corner is not lighted. but, when you do the flashlight photo, there is no doubt, there is a lot to do. I hope, my lunghs will be not damaged after te 5 nights with moldew bathroom (without a window). The instructions (there are a lot of them, so be prepared) of the flat said I can not make 2 opposite windows open because of the wind... and it is not easy to open the other window... so it was quite hard to have job on the daytime and to manage living in this flat. on my first day of arrival in the night I had to discover all the black and greenish-brownisch moldew directly in the shower... (the detergent stayed also nearby, as shouting at me, I can clean it bymyself). The lady came to clean the shower the next day after my messages to booking, but it was only the part on the bottom of the bath cleaned... Neither owner of the flat or booking suggested other flat to me, although there was a clear damage to my health depicted on the images I have sent to booking.com .... booking gave me 25 euro voucher (the stay was 450!), but it can not be compare with the stress me being working all the day in Malta and confronting and communicating this situation.

very good location, spacious room, all amenities are available - kitchen, bath, balcony, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.

the boiler is too small, there is not enough hot water for bathing. There is also no rosette in the bathroom, the mold should be fixed. The room could have two blankets.

Exceptional

Wow! What a great place to stay in Valletta. Everything you could ask for : close to the old city, close to the buses(7min), easy check in, large kitchen that has good utensil’s, a nice shower with good present lots of hot water, a sitting area, kitchen table, and a good bed, Wi-Fi was super fast and always reliable. Really enjoyed our time here in Malta as we used this apartment as a place to visit the entire island. We would definitely recommend this location as a place to stay and relax while you are in Malta.

Great location, good apartment, but there are things you need to watch out for...

The apartment is modern, location is perfect for exploring Malta. It is in a quiet part in the heart of Valletta. Self check-in was awesome and this should become a standard as it is extremely convinient to be able to arrive at just about any time of the day without bothering the host and feeling uncomfortable for this. The apartment is quite spaceous (just enough for two people), has a fully functional kitchen with ceramic stove top, oven, toster, kettle, full set of dishes, including but not limited to 3 sizes plates, wine glasses, water glasses, coffee cups, tea mugs, pots and so on, coffee machine with coffee pods (which were also kindly provided), a fridge, a microwave, good quality WiFi network. Host responds within minutes, provides plenty of information regarding the condo, the area - restaurants, atractions, transportation.

1. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that everything - every appliance in the unit is off until you turn it on, including the water heater! We arrived late (almost at midnight) after a late flight and a flight delay - tired, jet laged and all we needed was a hot shower and a bed to "recharge our batteries". My wife went to the bathroom and started the water and after almost 10 minutes waiting for the hot watter to run, there wasn't even a sign of remotely lukewarm water! We then started to look around and look for a switch to turn the water heater on (there were plenty of switches and none of them had any lables, showing what is any of them turning on or off. We eventually found out which the water heater switch was but the whole experience was very frustrating, especially when there was no info provided about everything being off and the lack of hot water, especially after notifying the host about our late check-in. He then apologized and promissed he would include this info in the future. 2. Bed (the mattress) is very hard and uncomfortable and so are the pillows (very thick and stiff), so your neck is under constant pressure during the night and we didn't sleep well. 3. The shower hanger in the bathroom was broken and even though it was mentioned in the previous reviews, it wasn't replaced. 4. The bathroom is small, however it would not be such a big deal if the ceiling wasn't so low! It is so low, that it goes through the door frame and my husband, who is not all that tall (1.78 m), banged his head at least 10 times when getting out! If you are a man over 1.50 m and neet to pee, you would need to either sit or bend half way over and risk to bang your head,

Location was perfect, few minutes walk to the centre. Cozy apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. And the hosts are superb, we met Carmila on our first day who gave us very good advice on where to go and what to see, and was lovely to talk to. We would certainly stay here again when back in Valletta.

The apartment is conveniently located close to Valetta centre, in a quiet area in the vicinity of the Hastings Garden. The apartment is spacey, well equipped and nicely furnished.

The problem was the bathroom, not because it was very small but because it had an unpleasant smell and the shower cabin was simply dirty - including the shower cabin glass. Another thing we did not like was to find a list of apartment items with their prices, left on the table to inform us how much we would pay if anything got destroyed. This is not a welcome we have ever experienced before.

Cosy flat in a quiet neighbourhood

The apartment is in a very quiet location, next to the city walls and in front of Hastings Garden. You can reach the bus terminal and the center within a few steps. One of the windows overlooks the garden, the other windows and the small balcony are opposite to the next buildings. The flat looks newly furnitured, it is very cosy and well-equipped (big fridge, toaster, iron, washing machine, air conditioner etc). The communication was very fast with the owner, and he was very flexible, we could check in a few hours earlier. We received a long message before our arrival, with all the necessary information about the rules and where to eat/what to see which was very useful.:-) The bed was comfortable and if it is cold in the flat, you can heat with the air conditioner. Wifi was very fast and reliable.

The bathroom needs some renovation. A microwave oven would be also useful.

A real bargain for your money and really made my stay in Valletta truly enjoyable

Excellent location in a desirable neighbourhood inside Valletta itself. Close proximity to restaurants and the bus terminal which allowed ease of travel to other parts of Malta. The apartment was furnished with everything you need with a few little extras. The hosts were very helpful - they sent recommendations of places to visit and eat - and their communication was clear, concise and prompt. They were also very accommodating - ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Good stay in excellent location

Pretty place to stay. I liked the way the appartment was furnished and decorated. The location right next to the city walls was excellent: it was nice to have a cup of tea on the walls in the morning. The aircon was super efficent!

There was no microwave oven. There was no switch by the door: you had to climb and go down the stairs in the darkness. Drying clothes seemed to be tricky.

Fabulous place, easy to reach, convenient location

Location is awesome, the place is quiet as itself, the flat is very cozy and all devices work correctly, at the flat one feels really like at home and because of its location one can go everywhere in the island if you have the transport card. Within the city you have whatever you need at hand and walking in the neighbourhood in the evening/night is such a pleasure. You have the chance to see the same things you could do in the day but without anyone there, there are a couple of stores around the flat that give the impression as well as one is in one's own neighbourhood.

It happened a couple of times I did not have access to the Netflix account because too many users were online at the same time, however this is a very minor thing.

Great location, spacey studio

Great location, close to the bus station, Valetta Centre and Ferry stop. Very well equipped studio, there are enough kitchen amenities. Very easy communication with the owner.

If you are mistaken by it‘s name, this is neither a maisonette, not has a garden view. It is a lifted studio and has a street view. The bathroom ceiling was a bit low and the bathroom was really small.
