Bien pero mejorable

la ubicacion, la limpieza

una noche se alojaron 4 hombres en mi habitación de un total de 5 camas siendo yo la única chica. entiendo que sean mixtas, pero podrían haber evitado este tipo de situaciones. Con esto no quiero decir que no tengan que hacerlo, pero siendo gente que no conozco y siendo un domingo por la noche, seguramente habrían mas habitaciones libres en el hotel, En vez de rellenar huecos, deberían fijarse en estas cosas

Excepcional

Localização, conforto, limpeza e atendimento excepcionais. A decoração é linda e moderna. Excelente café da manhã. Fiquei num quarto compartilhado, mas que permitia bastante privacidade nas camas e banheiro excelente. Os andares eram bem silenciosos, mesmo quando estava acontecendo uma festa de aniversário do hostel no lounge, que aliás, foi ótima e com boa música. Bom espaço para co-working e silencioso. Gostei tanto da hospedagem que reservei estadia em outra unidade do mesmo grupo em Madrid.

Gostei de tudo.

El desayuno estuvo variado. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas y el baño un plus, la ducha nos encantó.

Para el desayuno yo agregaría unos huevos revueltos. Solo eso!

Perfecte locatie!

Locatie is top. Dichtbij alles wat je wilt; van kathedraal tot Guggenheim tot grote modewinkels. Fijne comfortabele en ruime kamer. Lekkere koffie in de bar, prima als je niet een heel ontbijtbuffet wilt.

Wat ontbreekt is een waterglas op de kamer. Bedlampjes en föhn zouden een welkome aanvulling zijn.

Ubicación perfecta 🤩

La ubicación es perfecta, está justo en el centro lo que imprescindible y muy cómodo para moverte a pie por la ciudad.

Realmente no tengo nada que decir malo, el personal muy amable y agradable, las habitaciones limpias y los baños dentro de las habitaciones compartidas lo cual lo vi una ventaja. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Bilbao 😍

Séjour parfait

Je recommande, établissement propre, très bien placé et convivial. Idéal pour des amis ou des voyageurs solos qui souhaitent rencontrer du monde facilement. Le personnel est très sympa et les locaux sont très propres, il est facile de se déplacer à pieds dans le centre ville et un emplacement de métro est accessible à 1 minute.

房间很干净，有独立卫浴间；淋浴间，洗手池和卫生间都是分开的，很方便；位置很好，去各个景点都很近；办入住时的工作人员小哥非常热情友好，打扫房间的工作人员也超级友好。

无关酒店，住了三天，每天都有打呼噜的人，没有一天睡好觉🤣

Great find in Bilbao

Super central location. Its a short walk to the old town and various other places. It’s an even shorter walk to the train station. Bus station is a little further away though. The staff are really helpful and the room and bed was well appointed. They had under bed locker, which was only good if you had a lock. The kitchen was small but functional, although only open after breakfast - but staff will let you in early if need be. There’s washing onsite which is handy. The lift is super slow and sometimes the doors don’t open.

There was nothing I really didn’t like. The downsides listed above I had no dramas with. I had a small lock for the locker, and I used the stairs after being stuck in the lift oddly. Staff let me into the kitchen early so I could make lunch before my tour.

Très joli et très bien placé

L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé. Moderne et vraiment joli.Proche de tout à pied. Il y a 2 parkings accessibles à pied à moins de 8 min à pieds. Chambre propre et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 avec des rangements pour les affaires.. Lits très conforts. Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner doit être améliorer. Ils gagneraient en organisation s'ils proposaient un buffet plutôt qu'un service à table. Sinon c'était bon mais trop simple à mon goût. C'est le seul bémol qui ne gâche en rien notre séjour.

Central location (easy to walk everywhere and close to the metro to get to the coast), super clean and modern facilities, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable.

As a solo traveller, I found it difficult to meet people here. The main common area is a bar which is shared with the public. That meant that it was difficult to know who was staying at the hostel or if the events the hostel had organised were even happening. Would be good to have the events organised in the kitchen upstairs, to encourage people from the hostel to socialise together.

Muy muy muy bien

Ubicación, a 3 mins de la estación de Abando. Súper nuevo,cuidado, bonito. Tiene un bar precioso y súper animado abajo. A mí no me supuso ningún problema de ruido ni nada. Camas cómodas con una buena cortina para mayor intimidad. Conectores USB suficientes y luz. En la misma habitación hay un WC y aparte la ducha, también dentro. La ducha es súper amplia y cómoda. Calefacción. Un tocador con su sillón rosa monísimo. En la planta alta hay cocina completa y comedor. Personal muy majo. Me ha encantado y volveré. Dos ascensores.

Que la cajonera (taquilla) no tenga llave ni candado propio. Es el único fallo que he visto y es una pena, debería tener pq el resto es estupendo.

Very inconvenient

Modern and clean, super location

It’s very inconvenient. The elevator is kinda a joke, i have no idea how it works. You press 6th floor, it goes down to -1. You have to use a card to open any door, even to go to elevator. It’s so annoying. Overpriced meals in a hostel, in cafes nearby everything is way cheaper. The refrigerator is very small, no space to store the food. If someone speaks in the kitchen-you can’t sleep because it’s very loud, as you can’t close the window because of the stuffiness in a room.

Ubicación inmejorable. Instalaciones nuevas, sin televisión

La ubicación no podría ser mejor. El desayuno es un pequeño bufet con lo justo pero rico

No nos comentaron en recepción que había que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación!! Así que no pasaron a hacerla. Con el precio que pagamos, 331€ por dos noches, esperaba tener televisión en la habitación

Ubicación excelente en un albergue con muchos SIN

Ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Bilbao, perfecto para ir caminando a todos los sitios imprescindibles de la ciudad. Buenas vistas desde la habitación, alojamiento bonito y moderno. Calefacción buena, sin pasar nada de frío.

Hemos pagado a precio de Hotel un alojamiento que por lo visto y por lo que he leído después ( porque nadie te lo dice) para que te hagan la habitación hay que decirlo en recepción. Así que hemos estado 3 dias con las toallas, papeleras, limpieza y demás de aquella manera...Primera vez en mi vida que algo tan obvio hay que advertirlo. Nuestra habitación (202) tenía dos camas unidas y están totalmente vencidas cayendo al centro. Habitación sin nada donde poner las maletas, (hay que ponerlas en el suelo) sin un vaso siquiera para tomar una medicina, sin televisor, sin intimidad en el baño (puerta con holgura de 3 cm) Ascensor desesperante. Sin información clara en recepción del tema parking, Deberían aclarar en el nombre que no es un hotel y explicar de manera más clara que se trata de un hostel o albergue. En nuestro caso si lo hubiéramos sabido no hubiéramos venido, por poco más había hoteles con servicio de hoteles que nos hubieran venido mejor para el concepto de viaje, servicios y demás que queremos en nuestros viajes. Entiendo que para una persona que viaje sola es un concepto estupendo para conocer gente e interelacionar pero no para viajar un fin de semana y querer estar mejor que en casa, con las comodidades de un hotel.

One night in a hostel

. The location, the staff is friendly, the interior, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is clean, the toilet and shower are separate only for our room. The atmosphere is great
