Customers should not be duped.

Acceptable, location is backward.

The first day, they gave us a bad room on the top floor near the swimming pool, which was a horrible experience. The room we reserved was given to another person before our arrival. We were assigned that terrible room at 3 a.m. The next day, they change the room for which we were actually paid.

Expensive for what it was.

We booked a double room, we arrived to find a twin room available for us. We were told a guest had decided to stay on another night in our room so we had to take a twin. With no other option available. We were not informed of this situation before we arrived. The hot water comes in bursts, so you start a shower with hot water and it starts getting cooler and cooler until until cold so you have to turn the shower off while you shampoo and scrub then you turn water back on to get out quickly. We requested to have an evening meal as we could not have the breakfast due to flight times. Also that request was rejected and we were offered semi cold soggy toast at 6am.

Very close to the airport and offers shuttles. The hardware facilities are very good, and the staff is also nice. They breakfast is very rich, highly recommended.

The breakfast wasn’t great at all, the qualities of the breakfast was poor, the services wasn’t great, needs a lot of attention for details, it’s a 3 star restaurant overall for me

My stay at castle inn was pleasant. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Hotel staff were polite and helpful at all times. All expectations were met. The open top swimming pool was amazing. It had a shallow end for children and the deep end was over 6 feet high. I would highly recommend.

wonderful stay - will come again!

honestly, every person who works here is incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt very “looked after” during my stay. Also, the breakfast is delicious and HUGE, plus every meal I had in the hotel was incredibly good. the rooftop pool is lovely. They offer a free airport transfer and are very organized. The deluxe family rooms are lovely.

I do not think the services are for four star hotel Electricity went off for long time and we had to spend hours without AC
