We had everything we needed for 3 days

Location and size of the property were good

The two bathrooms were very small

Fabulous spacious property within a short walk to coast and amenities

spacious layout with plenty of facilities and a super location.

It only has a small yard which means nowhere to sit out on an evening. We had dogs and they are used to some grass. This wasn’t a huge problems when you’re close to the coast but would be nice as a choice in good weather.

Great location, excellent property, loved our visit.

loved the layout, clean, fresh & modern. I thought the area looked Run down on Street View, it isn’t, it’s quiet. bedding/pillows were nice.

mattresses could be upgraded. The front double bedroom had the only comfy mattress. Mattresses are important shouldn’t be overlooked. Recommend replacing rest of mattresses so they’re all same as the front bed one.

A nice enough property, clean, nice kitchen in a lovely town. Needs curtains and new mattresses!

Property was clean and newly decorated with a good kitchen. Amble is lovely , the street itself not very attractive but it’s a short walk to the town centre and harbour.

The beds didn’t have comfortable mattresses and the rooms have no curtains - the thin blinds let in too much light, especially with a street light next to a bedroom. Get some curtains and new mattresses so guests can sleep, this really let the stay down as we were very tired after bad sleep. The sofa was also uncomfortable and could do with replacing. The photos had obviously been taken wide angle to give the impression the rooms were much, much bigger than they really are which is a little dishonest. It met our needs though apart from the cheap, thin blinds.

Modern terraced house in walking distance of Amble centre

Clean. Airy. Modern. Had everything we needed.

Duvets were too warm for the time of year. Sinks in the bathroom are too small so get water on the floor. Needed a coffee table or occasional tables in the lounge plus an extra chair. Only 6 chairs round the dining table but there is sleeping space for 7

Excellent accommodation in Amble

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hosts were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze, it is very well located within Amble.

Lovely, relaxing seaside break.

It was really close to the town centre, beaches and walking routes which is just what we were after. Good for eating out in the evenings we wanted to.

Fantastic time

Space, size of the house . Clean . Location.

No washing line . No tumble dryer . Settees need changing due to wear and tear . Wardrobes and draws none especially for people staying more than just a weekend . And large family . No curtains just blinds they could do with roller blinds or curtain in the bedrooms due to early morning sun rise .

Well worth another visit

Very clean, well laid out, overall very nice. Room layouts worked well, showers excellent

No curtains in bedrooms, only 1 x bin bag/tea towel, and no dishwasher blocks

Very good

Stayed there last September and we were pleased with the accommodation so rebooked. As we were 4 ladies it suited our needs having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Don't like the bathrooms. Washbasin too small and nowhere in shower to put products a small shower shelf would be helpful.

My Family had a fabulous few days staying at Sea breeze, Lovely Home for a holiday!

Sea Breeze is a beautiful house, spacious and in a great quiet location 5 mins from the high street. Kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. Toilet on the ground floor was a huge bonus for my disabled Mum to access. Bedrooms were bright and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable

Maybe some partial screening on the patio area at the rear (where the bins are) to shield from the street at the side to add a bit of privacy would be nice

Spacious rooms Easy to light log burner Excellent showers and a downstairs loo. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. Easy parking, even for three cars 5/10 mins walk from high street and a useful Co-op and only 15/20 mins down to the quay and Fish Shack

We found the seating in the sitting room really uncomfortable; fortunately loads of cushions so ended up sitting on the floor.

Girls golfing trip

Loved the house. Clean, modern and comfortable. Fabulous kitchen/dining room, we never used the lounge!!

The only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms. Excellent showers, but tiny sinks and nowhere to put anything.
