Wonderful and good value!

Everything was great and above expectation! Host is very nice person and the view from the terrace is amazing over the port. We found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. We also had a parking spot (reserve it in advance). Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Highly recommended! Will definitely return if I visit Dubrovnik again.

- Host is super friendly and caring - he makes sure the accommodation is all well and I am comfortable with it :) - Room is very spacious, clean and well equipped, and has a spectacular view at the balcony. - The accommodation is located at a very convenient area : less than 10 mins walk away from the main bus station and a big supermarket Konzum.

Perfect Apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the Aircon was incredible during the heatwave and I honestly couldn't have coped without it. Check in was easy and we were even able to check in early. Great Views from the balcony, nice place to watch the sunset. The location is pretty good, near the bus station so getting to and from the airport is easy. Buses into old town are frequent and also less than a 10 minute walk away. The walk to old town is quite substantial so definitely get the buses. It's close to some very good bars (Love Bar and Beer Company) and restaurants which are much cheaper than old town where the prices are almost double. In fact you have everything you need in this area. Finally, the owner is extremely friendly and always on hand to help if needed. Overall, a very nice stay and would highly recommend.

Great stay!

Super kind and friendly apartment owner who took the time to answer any questions and point out local amenities. Beautiful apartment in a convenient location near the coach station. Old Town isn't too far away by bus. Clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen area, a very comfortable stay. Great view from the balcony!

Superb

Excellent apartment. Very modern and first class facilities. Lovely view over the sea inlet.Host a delightful gentleman . NOTE there's a bakery at the end if the street (foot of the hill) which doesn't look like a shop. So fresh bread every morning. Locals all use it.

Bit of a climb up from the railway station. Note you don't need to use the stairs on the street. Just keep to the road and climbing upwards. It's number 9B or maybe 19B - the numbers are confusing on this street.

Great modern clean apartment with large balcony and panoramic views of the harbour. We stayed in the deluxe apartment, lovely lighting in room as well. Great friendly host, would stay again.

Nothing, but maybe few more cooking utensils and a bigger fridge would make it even more comfortable.

Lovely.

It's a great location close to the ferry terminal and bus stop for a 10 min bus ride to old town. Beautiful view from the balcony, nice restaurants etc nearby, the host was so helpful. Very nice apartment and spotlessly clean. We only had one night here but would love to stay again!

Great views, clean and comfortable. Shower and hot water was great. Muki was very helpful

It would be nice if shampoo, and small bottles of water was present on arrival. But Muki was happy to provide whatever we asked for.

Good location and a great host making sure our stay was comfortable

The host, Ivan, lives close by to the apartments and he is the nicest guy willing to help and did his best to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is modern and bright but the curtain block out the lights pretty good. The bathroom looks brand new with a strong rain shower. The location of the apartment close to the main station and sea port is a bonus since we did not rent a car in Dubrovnik.

There are two slopes going up to the apartment so with large luggage a taxi ride is advisable. Tayra consists of four apartments, three of them has a balcony and we lived in room#4 which has a share corridor with room#3 advertised as a Terrace. Since the guests in room#3 goes out early and back late at night, it was not a big problem for us in terms of privacy during our stay. Several items are missing in the kitchen (no coffee maker, oven, grill, toaster, microwave and hot water in the sink). The fridge is a bar cooler so don't expect to have ice making and/or freezer facilities. No shower gels and body wash but host was happy to help if you forgot. As long as you keep your expectation low and not to do lots of cooking, this apartment is actually quite good.

Superb

Stayed in May 2022 the host was lovely and friendly. The views on the balcony were amazing could have stayed on balcony all day . The apartment is 30 minute walk to the old town or 6 euro for a taxi . You will have to negotiate a hill going up to the apartment but really worth it for the views . There are plenty of shops and restaurants 5 minute walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay again

super location, close to supermarket and central bus station, great view to the marina nad Babin Kuk, lovely host, easy access, quiet neihbourhood, bars and restaurants in walking distance, good wifi, comfortable, absolut recommended

there could be a rubbish bin inside the room. its not soo suitable for long term stay as kitchen and utilities are limited

Great value for money and modern accommodation

The property was clean and modern. It is a 40 minute walk or 10 minute Uber from the old town (30KN). It is right next to the port so easy to get a ferry. The host was very friendly and helpful.

If you want to be close to the old town then this probably isn’t the best location. However, if you are happy to walk it’s a great base to explore from. Also Ubers are cheap and only takes 10 minutes

Fantastic location if you want to be near the port, but you want peace and quiet at night.

The owner, Mr. Murat, is one the warmest locals I have had the pleasure to interact with. The location of the apartments was perfect for my requirements, it was just minutes walk from the port, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, shops, exchange offices, the main bus station...you name it, it's all there. The best thing was the peace and quiet both during the day and night (and the views!), but still being really close to the main beach road. Be sure to ask the owner for beach and restaurant recommendations, everything he suggested matched what I told him I wanted. The apartments are big, light, private, fully furnished, even the kitchen had more than you need for your vacation stay!

A treat to stay in this lovely apartment, the beautiful balcony offering amazing views and fresh ocean air, the comfortable bed, new bathroom and fully equipped kitchen– all of it was amazing. Murat and his father went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They know all the best places in Dubrovnik and we had a blast! They took care of us on booking everything we needed from Michelin stars restaurant to local restaurant and even booked our taxi for the airport as we had to leave extremely early. We will return as often as possible and will be sure to advise friends about this gem. Thank you for everything!

The best apartma in Dubrovnik

We were here with my partner for 9 days and it did not disappoint. The owner was super friendly and it was everything we hoped for and more. Very clean apartment, great TV, great mini kitchen etc. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if you are ever in Dubrovnik.
