The buildings need a lot of maintenance, cleanliness is good.

Unacceptable service. Very stressful.

We had to leave early - at 6.30 for a bus transfer to Kruger National Park from the airport. Despite making this information clear at the time of booking and in check in, no breakfast was provided. More importantly, when the taxi arrived to take us to the bus terminal, there was no one at reception and we couldn’t get out to the taxi and nor could it get in through the security gate! We searched desperately for the reception staff as the minutes ticked by. The phone number didn’t connect with anyone — just rang to the empty desk. Eventually the taxi driver found staff at another gate. But your service on this matter was unacceptable and very stressful for us. We nearly missed the shuttle. We could see the taxi but couldn’t get to it. I had made it clear at time of booking that we would need help with a taxi early in the morning and had been reassured you would do that!

horrible place to stay, i will never book that place again , sorry to say it

no wifi , no electricity thoughout the apartment only 1 plug working , no plug kettle to make tea or coffee, no stove to make breakfeast,

i didnt like the fact that the place was infested with cockroaches.and my children and i never slept

Definitely not worth the money.

The only good thing that I can think of is that they moved us to another room after ours were flooded under water when we arrived.

For breakfast we got corn flakes in a packet on our table. The floor mat in the bathroom was dirty like it has been used before. The place are not being maintained.

Comfortable and convenient and rested well overnight.

Reception attended well to our requests / needs. We were well received with friendly staff attending to us. On request a airport shuttle was arranged at our own expense, and the airport was conveniently about 4 min drive away. The shuttle operator Watson was very helpful and friendly.. Our stay included a light complimentary breakfast.

that it was real value for money. Comfortable stay and they even provide tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, and oats. was very impressed.

the noise. there were a loud bunch of ladies staying over the same night as us and I barely had sleep because of the noise they made in the parking at 3am. not to mention that they would scream while talking.
