The lodge should invest in buying bigger fridges so they can sell cold beverages

I will avoid until upgrades took place! Definitely not worth for what I paid for to stay here.

The only thing that was acceptable was the breakfast. We asked the staff if we could get a breakfast on the go- and they arranged that for us.

Room was not what I expected from the photos, I mentioned that, and the staff said that room was booked. The room we got was dirty. Dirty stains on the walls; mold on the ceilings and it had a moldy smell. Gauteng was experiencing a heatwave, and I was looking forward to switching on the aircon - which then also didn't work properly and didn't cool at all. We were provided with worn out towels. We were greeted with hair in the bed and stains on the bed linen. The toilet flush also didn't work properly. The safe didn't work. Fridge doesn't cool, we bought ice to keep our cooldrinks cool in a cooler bag. Bed lamps are loose and broken and so are the bedside tables and also unbalanced. Curtains has holes in it and worn out. Limited TV channels. Noise disturbance at 2am in the morning! You don't get your own remote for the gate and security gate access is inconvenient. I reported this and only response I received was - we'll look into this, and it will be mentioned to the cleaners. Nothing was done for us.

Very pleasand, comforable and very good location, was an excellent stay.

The room was very neat, clean and pleasant to stay in, aircon works wonders as well, The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is also good. Very safe and clean and well looked after lodge, would recommend anyone to the lodge, will defnitely visit again.

Nothing I could find fault, it was very pleasant, I cannot find fault with the lodge, room or with the Lodge or the parking. The cleaner might just work a little quit early in the morning and could be more available during breakfast time.

It was overall good.

Breakfast was good. However I asked my egg not to be runny and it was still runny. The croissant was delicious.

The staff talk and laugh so loud while cleaning other nearby rooms. Wasn't calm They could be more mindful of guest and be discrete. Also they blocked the passage with brooms buckets and cleaning trolley. I couldn't pass to my room

The standard of cleanliness is too low, the rooms are dull and dirty. the staircase going up to the dining hall is dirty. Rags in the rooms are dirty..

Peace and quiet

The place was clean and quite.

The blinds of the bathroom window were taken off and left there by the window, it looked unpleasant.

It was a comfortable 6 days. I will definitely come back.

I liked the services of the staff. The kitchen staff made sure I have breakfast as a takeaway everyday

The rooms are a bit dark therefor it makes the room feel smaller.

Pleasant. Good stay for a weekend.

The friendliness and efficiency of staff, the level of service and the quick response. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets and floors. Clean fridge.

The plastic toilet seat. The rusted shower/bath. The loud noise of the high way close by.

I still prefer to chill here when I’m in Centurion for work, just preferably the back rooms.

Great location, very convenient. Staff was very welcoming.

I enjoyed that I got an upstairs room this time, but it was smaller than the back rooms, had lots of black ants mostly in the shower. The tv wasn’t working for most of the days. Internet was not as great as last time - multiple disconnections.
