La casa es preciosa y cuenta con todas las comodidades. La cama súper cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, con todo tipo de menaje, microondas, cuidado al detalle, y con una anfitriona, Irene, encantadora. Hemos estado muy a gusto y comidas porque es amplio y es como estar en casa, RECOMENDABLE 100%.

No hay nada que no nos gustase.

A due passi dal Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi

Proprietaria super simpatica e accogliente. L'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente la proprietaria: super pulito e profumato, tutto al posto giusto e super funzionale. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il Centro internazionale Loris Malaguzzi che era la nostra meta. Per raggiungere il centro invece è un po' più scomodo.

Il materasso è davvero usurato e rende il pernottamento un po' scomodo. Piccolo neo in un appartamento perfetto

Ottima esperienza!

Colpisce innanzitutto la gentilezza e l'accoglienza di Teresa, proprietaria della struttura. Il check in è stato molto piacevole: piuttosto rapido, ci sono stati descritti nei minimi dettagli i confort e i servizi della struttura e Teresa è stata molto disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno anche abbastanza lungo ed è davvero molto comodo. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente proprio sotto casa e la struttura di trova in una zona non ZTL. Per andare in centro, invece, sarà necessario recarsi in auto ad un parcheggio a pagamento (circa 7 minuti) e poi proseguire 5 minuti a piedi.

Come state a casa anzi meglio!

Teresa la proprietaria una persona stupenda.. ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione ci ha mostrato la città consigliato posti dove mangiare; La casa nuova e dotata di tutto, dal olio e sale al bagnoschiuma mai scontato trovare tutto in un appartamento.. ci siamo sentite come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente o consiglieremo la struttura ad amici.. un caloroso abbraccio a Teresa e a “ signora irene “ sicure che sarà felice di questo posto così accogliente. Reggio Emilia e i suoi abitanti una piacevole scoperta!

Fantastico

L'appartamento al secondo piano è davvero spazioso e finemente ristrutturato. Pulizia top. La signora è stata gentilissima in tutto e per tutto. Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili e ci ha fatto sentire accolti.

Unica pecca la distanza dal centro. Se si è senza mezzo di trasporto (macchina, bici o monopattino che sia) bisogna essere preparati a camminare una mezz'oretta in strade piuttosto isolate.

Struttura nuova e soprattutto pulita. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Lovely place and host

The space was such a nice surprise we were sorry we couldn't stay more. Even though the location is not in the historic centre it is still within a walking distance (maybe 15 - 20 min) or you can get one of the buses nearby. Teresa was a lovely host and took time to explain everything and walk us trough the apartment when we arrived. The place has absolutely everything that you might need. Sitting in front of the building to have your morning coffee was great especially since it is such a quiet and relaxing part of the town. Maybe a second chair would be nice for the outside area. There is a big supermarket nearby (around 5 min) and cafeteria/gelateria in the same area.

Nothing, we would love to come back.

Accessible location, require a car to reach the centre but there is off street parking. The place is spotless ... and I mean spotless... Well appointed and with all the essentials and more. Teresa was a joy to deal with, kind and accommodating.

Wonderful apartment and outstanding host

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa di Irene: the location is nicely walkable and my apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. My host Teresa was very accommodating and understanding of travel delays, even going so far as to pick me up herself from the bus station. Definitely recommend!

Nice time in a gastronomic heart of Italy.

Very nice spacious apartment, well equipped. Perfect Wi-Fi. With Google translate, it was easy to communicate with the host who arrived within 15 minutes upon arrival to hand the keys and show me all the features of the apartment. She even gave me a ride to the city centre! There is a good supermarket nearby. Well connected by transit although not so frequent. Walkable to the old city centre.

It would be nice if there was a comfortable chair in order to read relax and comfortably. The neighbours and a dog are somewhat noisy in the evenings.

Eccezionale! Fantastic stay!

The flat is great and has everything you need for a pleasant stay! Teresa, the owner, was great and helpful with prompt communication throughout. The property was sited in a great location if you’re looking for a serene stay but still be able to access amenities. Great pizzerias all around! Town centre can be reached on foot with a leisurely walk within less than 30minutes or even quicker by bus. Grazie Teresa! Grazie per l’ottimo servizio!
