It was continent but for what I paid, it was a bit of a dissapointed.

Nice hotel. The man working the kitchen was super friendly and filled my daughter’s water bottle before all her softball games! It was very hot out so it was so nice

Our room had next to no toilet paper so we ran out middle of the night. Our room had what looked like marker on the walls.

The fitness center was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Breakfast was great! And the staff were so kind and friendly.

The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom floors were slightly dirty.

Disappointing

Beautiful property

At 3:30am there was a huge fight in the room across the hall from us. It ended up in the hall and was very scary, people were screaming, threatening each other pushing against our door.

Wonderful from our arrival until our departure!

EXCELLENT, each day everything was wonderful! The Chef made us and everyone feel so special and welcome! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND your hotel to anyone coming to your city!!

Good location, priced on high side, rooms were ok, WiFi stinks.

Breakfast good, typical of the Hampton chain. Location was perfect for our St. Charles plans. The BAD - location signage stinks, WiFi stinks, Cleanliness was ok, just ok.

The BAD - location signage stinks, WiFi stinks, Cleanliness was ok, just ok. Signage into the property is AWFUL, up a narrow, steep incline drive between 2 high block walls, with sign at the top - not visible to drivers! The street level signage is for the closed Comfort Inn. Car GPS, Android phone maps, Apple phone maps all had trouble with entry. WiFi bad - install boosters please. For $200+ per night, we had a little higher expectations. Cleanliness was just so-so. Bathrooms are always the big fail. In one of our rooms the tub was a bit icky, less than expected, products (like kleenex) was empty - why leave a box of tissue with just 2 tissues in it - after all, all they need to do is see the "empty" blue line on the tissues. Toilet paper refills meh - and could have used a couple extra towels for our 2-day, 2-person per room stay.

Could find something better for the money spent.

I did like the location/access to area activities. I think the breakfast attendant/breakfast area was the cleanest area in the building.

My room was not clean, and the microwave had grease left from the previous occupants. The elevator and walkways were sticky, and trash was left in hallways for multiple days. The elevator was not cleaned the entire weekend. Pet hair was everywhere. Used steps or get a mask if you have allergies. Left a request with the front desk for microwave to be cleaned so that I could prepare food. Never showed up after 4day 3 night stay.

The front desk lady was very helpful with the double charge issue with what needed to be done on my end. Breakfast was amazing. It was a very clean property.

I didn’t like that I was charged twice. one through Booking and the other at the hotel. communication between the two entities failed; therefore, I was charged twice. I had to make multiple phone calls to booking and talk to the hotel personnel to get it straightened out. Finally, the hotel agreed to remove the charge from the hotel but that charged stayed on my debit card balance for several days before it fell off. it was an inconvenience at best.

Spacious room with beautiful decor. Every detail was nice. Nice variety for breakfast. Good coffee selection. The dining area was very nice. Convenient location. Close to everything you need.

when we got there they claimed we didn’t have a reservation, despite showing them our confirmation. They still had rooms available but only if we paid $40 more than the price we were quoted. Efforts to get a return call from the manager have failed. Horrible customer service

Best experience ever

Brianna was so helpful! We drove from Florida to Missouri and I couldn't go any further to get to Colorado. She had a room available let me check in early and I was able to sleep. Breakfast was great the room was so clean and the bed extra comfy! I'm beyond happy with this hotel!

The pool is smaller than it looks online, but I have no complaints at all!!! Amazing place to stay!

The room was clean

There is little to no sound proofing in the building apparently. I've stayed in many hotels that were very close to major roads and never heard the traffic. This room made it seem like we were camped along the roadside. The road noise was incredibly loud and constant. Neither my girlfriend nor I got any meaningful sleep all night.
