Amazing weekend with the girls, hot tub was fabulous, lots of laughing and all in all a perfect little break.

Beautiful scenic location, stunning views, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, well equipped and toasty warm.

Quite far from Llangollen, we did know this but had hoped to walk in initially, but saying that we drove and in, parked overnight and got taxis back which were excellent.

Perfect house and host in a great location with lovely facilities so clean and comfy

Really clean, comfy and cosy property - great to have 3 toilets, super water pressure in the showers, hot tub an added bonus and Helen so helpful and friendly! Thank you for a lovely sray

Great proprty in peaceful location with good pub yards away. Hottub was fab.

Great property and facilities. Helen was great to communicate with and had everything ready even though we only booked the day prior. Location is fantastic. So peaceful, yet having a decent pub a few steps away and great parking spaces. Really enjoyed the hottub and listening to the river (though glad we weren't sitting in it when lightning struck the chapel very close by!!) Very spacious house with good facilities. Did some great walks up behind the cottage and over to Valle Crucis Abbey. Will definitely be back to do some more walking (and soaking). Thanks again

Incredible views from every room, the home was welcoming and spacious for our group but still so very cosy! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

Property was very dirty. Not cleaned before we arrived . Outside balcony area not swept, BBQ not cleaned out from last quests. Floors dirty, sofas filthy under seat cushion, curtain rail off wall, mould on wall. Too many issues to mention. Photos taken off all

everythong was wonderful, cottage, location, cleanliness, very relaxing. Would definately recoomend. Great for families, and plenty to do locally, water rafting, zip lining, great restaurants . LLangollenis a lovely town.

Amazing location I’ll be back. Loved going to horseshoe falls 5 min away.

The lake was amazing as long as you can make it down safe. The out door area had shelter as well as open area and loads of seats on each section. The old look on the property.

The living room did not have carpet but saying that it has dogs in, so understand why. Just wish I took slippers.

A very comfortable stay in an ideal, tranquil location.

Great location next to river. Clean, and a great mixture of tradition of the building and modern comfort. Owner communication prior to stay was very helpful.

Not a lot really other than a few minor points.

Charming rustic cottage set in an idyllic riverside setting and nicely appointed.

The location. The setting with amazing riverside views. The cottage was warm, cosy, peaceful and almost perfect. The beds were very nice with good firm mattresses which I personally like. The added outside area adjacent to the kitchen was wonderful. Great for parking too and close enough to some lovely towns and beauty spots.

The stairs needed handrails down each side. To be perfect for dog, it could have a fence and gate across the edge of the new patio. The tv could be improved with either sky or Netflix. A welcome pack could have been included which always (if included) makes us smile.

Beautiful location, homely cottage, excellent hosts.

Beautiful location, lovely house, heating was on for when we arrived. Owners were great.

Only one thing which is minor and that is the bed in the master bedroom was noisy every time you moved so probably needs tightening up.

Great rural location. Great Accommodation. - We will be going back.

Practical, clean, comfortable, warm. well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone, large dining room and descent size lounge and kitchen. Everything in good working order, although kitchen knives were blunt. Shower excellent. Lounge with Log burner really cosy to spend the evening chatting. Great view from balcony. Location 1 minute walk from Sun Inn Pub. (just re-opened after a refurb) We loved the pub, it's staff and the friendly locals but ...

We'd have liked more hangers for wet outdoor clothing. (we were kayaking, so we did have quite a lot of this to be fair though|) Wifi connection doesn't give good internet & mobile data signal is weak. But we knew that before we went so not really an issue. Food at The Sun Inn was terrible!

everything, the property, location, cleanliness, clean facilities, beds etc . outside facilities where a very useful addition. parking and lovely flowers, nice touch.

lack of lighting down the outside stairs , but not a real problem.

Good location

Location was great. Lovely garden and sitting area around the back. Host was lovely and let us know about heating problem before we arrived. They lit fireplace in the living room so it was warm when we arrived and left some extra logs too.

Kitchen ceiling was leaking when we showered. Bathroom is right above the kitchen so It didnt feel safe to use the kitchen lights so we used torches instead. Car park was very small and a high kurb between the car park and the road which caused scratches to our car bonnets. Cleaning was average. A lot of dirt under beds and sofas. A lot of spiders and webs around the house.
