Πολύ ικανοποιημένος

Νέα κατασκευή με σύγχρονα ποιοτικά υλικά. Κρεββάτι πολύ καλό, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και υπνοδωμάτιο. Πολύ καλή τακτική καθαριότητα. Μηχανή για εσπρέσσο και για ζεστό ή κρύο αφρογαλα. Πολύ έξυπνη κατασκευή στην ντουλάπα ρούχων. Κλιματισμός τέλειος. Συγχαρητήρια και ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν έτσι. Εύκολο ασφαλές πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο . Δεν χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε κάτι από τη ρεσεψιόν.

Με πολύ αυστηρή ματιά, θα πρότεινα μια επιπλέον κρεμάστρα τοίχου για τις πετσέτες προσώπου και μια θήκη στο ντους για τα αξεσουάρ του μπάνιου (σφουγγάρι, σαμπουάν κλπ)

Tolle Unterkunft. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Zustand einwandfrei. Die Lage ist Mega. Man ist zu Fuß in max. 10 min in der Innenstadt und zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 9 Minuten. Nettes Personal. Ich würde wieder kommen 👍🏼

Great stay with exceptional value for money

New rooms, very comfortable and clean. AC works perfectly and bathrooms are large. Very convenient location for a stroll in the city center but also with plenty of street parking available

Convenient location more conference style accommodation

There was no breakfast which was fine as ample coffee shops and places to eat. Central location large balcony and large TV room was of good size with a little kitchenette.

Terrible smell coming from the bathroom but tends to be a common issue with the drains in Greece. They should invest in some diffusers in the bathrooms. The lady at reception was not very inviting and somewhat disengaged with life. However the gentleman in the evenings was very nice and talkative.

Very spacious room, even the sofa beds our kids used were very large. The rooms are fitted with a kitchen and 2 very large tvs. Everything is very modern. It's very close proximity to the town square/platia, for shopping and cafes.

Parking in the area is very tough. We weren't sure if the property had its own parking underground but we were not offered it.

recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residences Kalamata, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The location is simply breathtaking - nestled in the heart of Kalamata. The accommodations are nothing short of luxurious. My suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and adorned with modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, making it a true home away from home. The staff at The Residences Kalamata were the true highlight of my stay. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect.

Very pleased with the facilities, location and staff. Best choice for central Kalamata.

Very spacious, clean and new apartment, well equipped and nice tasteful modern design. Latest technology smart TV, LG brand, and everything in the room is of high quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is super central, can walk to everything!

An ideal choice, especially for Kalamata first time visitors!

The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly, especially Dimitris, the owner’s son. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from the centre, it is recently constructed, quiet and our room was true to the pictures. We would definitely recommend it and we plan to stay here again the next time we visit Kalamata.

There were certain things that would make the kitchen use easier, such as paper towels, something to dry the dishes with and a closed bin to dispose of the garbage.

Exceptional

the location is very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. the center is within walking distance. we didn't opt for breakfast but we got coffee and pastries from the bakery next door and they were exceptional. all in all it was a great stay!

make sure you check that all the windows are closed, I didn't notice that the bathroom window was left slightly ajar, and in the morning the bathroom was frozen, lol, no biggie, the room was definitely well-aired!

Everything was fine. Very spacious, modern and clean apartments. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very polite and professional. The location is perfect, close to the main square in the city center. An excellent choice for stays in Kalamata.
