About this apartment rental

Ask any Roman and they'll tell you how the Lateranense Palace isn’t as famous as the neighbouring Dome of St. Peter’s, but when you see it from a vantage point like this, it’s hard to say exactly why that is. It’s visible from the living room, balcony and one of the bedrooms, tying the whole apartment together in its grandeur and elegance. Plus you're only a fifteen-minute walk from one of the seven wonders of the world – the Colosseum. Inside, the home is bright and roomy, with a stylish navy sofa, gold accents, tasteful artwork and plenty of light reads that makes for a calming spot to unwind with a good book and a limoncello. Watch the wondering tourists below, as you bask in the sunshine streaming into the apartment. Rustle up a quick amatriciana in the sleek white kitchen, and plate up your home-cooking perfection on the swanky dining table. Marble bathrooms also add that air of luxury too, but all of this, though, is beside the point when you have a view as charming as this one. Home truths: *While there's no TV in the living room, both bedrooms include one. *Only one of the bedrooms has a view out onto the palace – the other looks into the internal courtyard. *Due to the excellent location, you may hear some street noise from inside the home. *The sink in the master bathroom drains slowly.
