Located in a quiet corner of Rome’s bohemian Travestere neighbourhood, this stylish apartment offers a calm and relaxing base from which to explore the city’s most famous sights. Distinctly modern with its dusky blue feature wall, wood floors and contemporary decor, the open-plan living area is a sociable space in which you’ll feel right at home. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa with your morning coffee, enjoying the breeze flowing through the open glass door. Here, you’ll find three steps leading out onto a private sun-baked terrace – the ideal spot to catch some rays on the loungers or to gather for an alfresco meal around the outdoor table. The study – which acts as a second bedroom – is the perfect spot to retreat for some quiet reading or to catch up on work at the desk space with its views of the communal garden, while the main bedroom is pared-back yet elegant and boasts a luxurious en-suite complete with a rainfall shower. And if that wasn’t enough, you’ve also got access to the building’s on-site sauna. When it comes to exploring, visit the Botanical Garden of Rome (a six-minute walk away) or stroll across the River Tiber to see the Pantheon (a twenty-three-minute walk) and Piazza Navona (an eighteen-minute walk). With countless traditional and innovative trattorias, craft beer pubs and artisan shops within your Travestere locale too, you’ve got the best of the Eternal City within easy reach.
