Уютный бутик-отель вблизи гор

Номер был с балконом-террасой, очень просторный, есть где развернуться. Тихий небольшой отель, при этом в соседнем здании отличный грузинский ресторан. Завтрак - в номер, приятное ощущение эксклюзивности) Отдельная благодарность горничной, которая ежедневно приводила мой номер в безупречное состояние. Чистота на 10 из 10. Заселили раньше времени чекина, что было очень кстати после ночного перелета)

При заселении пришлось подождать администратора, которая немного опоздала Расположение неплохое, близко Медео и канатная дорога на Шымбулак, но немного вдали от центра города. Рядом есть несколько ресторанов, а вот прогуляться особо некуда.

Очень приветливый персонал. Я заселяла сюда известных артистов. Они остались очень довольны. Тишина. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Чистый воздух предгорья. Вкусная еда. Отличная локация и приятная ценовая политика

Расположение и удобства

завтрак и отношение к клиенту. Также, что руководство отдыхает, когда персонал не может решить вопросы, в сфере гостиничного бизнеса отдыхать должны клиенты. Персонал на Ресепшен отказался связаться с руководством из-за того, что руководство отдыхает в выходной день. Хотя бы по телефону должна быть связь, в этой сфере не могут быть выходные, туристы же в любое время селятся в отель.

Disappointing

Rooms are big, Bathroom is big, spacious 2 rooms on 3rd floor room has good view,

Everything is very old , bathroom drains are choked, whenever you open a tap water will come with lot of gas, curtains are short in length, light comes directly to your face from next building, Same breakfast every day, not recommend for long stay No shopping mart near the hotel , it is at one end of city . AC is set at 26 degree , so if you open the curtain room is hot , you can not control the temperature

Exceptional

The hotel is really picturesque and probably the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in my entire lifetime. That is quite something when I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world

I was looking in balcony to feel relaxed but there were workers and inconveniences There are no hand tissues in the room Check in at 3 Where was your flight time you have to Waiting for 3

I would never return to this hotel

The staff is young, incompetent, do not put effort to be helpful. Staff speaks only Russian...poor English and no Kazakh. The hotel feels old, with no care. There was a cigarette smell in the room... Old and careless use of furniture, old towels, shower door didn't close...this is not even a three-star hotel

The room is not clean. One sink did not work at all. Some stains on the couch.

Good staff, good location, but....

Location of the hotel is great, the restaurant under it " Manana" got amazing food.

Staff are good however: 1. Breakfast is poor. 2. So many issues in the hotel as it is old: a. Shower door doesn't close properly b. Water is flooding inside the shower. c. Closet doesn't close properly. d. Lights got busted twice. Overall, the hotel needs urgent renovation as it is falling apart.

Clean. nice beds and very nice ambiance.

The staff is not well trained. The facility does not offer any chargers for people traveling from different countries - which is very uncomfortable to use electronics. The mini bar was empty and food supplies were expensive and delayed in service. The hotel does not offer the full tax receipts on their own, one has to ask for it.

Superb

We were allowed to check out at 2pm for free. Gorgeous view on mountains from the room, clean air. Very comfy spacious room. Perfect location

Clogged sink and leakage from shower cabin.

Super clean, big rooms, smiley and helpful personnel, quite fair price, gate to the manana restaurant and delicious kitchen and so clean spa.
