Never again with this Company

Nothing

Shower rail in the shower tray, extractor fan hanging off the wall, no sheet under duvet cover, overlooking main roads with no double glazing so couldn’t sleep because of the noise of traffic, emergency vehicles etc. Wouldn’t let my dog sleep there!! Despite at least 10 attempts to contact them no replies whatsoever!!!

Enjoyable stay but needs some improvements.

Good location, good facilities, I find it as a mini apartment.

The loud noise of cars on the road is due to the lack of sound insulation in the window, and also the door of the room. When you hear someone talking, you think that he has entered your room. Also, the main door is not tightly closed, so any stranger can enter the building.

Pleasant apartment to stay in but if this is the modern way forward then improvements to be made

Location fine and a short walk from the railway station. The flat was nice and comfortable but there were a few issues with it as noted below. Once you got over the unusual arrangement of only having a door code for access then it was fine as then it meant not having to carry around keys.

The flat light was too bright, whilst pleasant enough it was too clinical and the window would not open so would assume gets stuffy in the summer. The outside door was not "door locked" so any old waif and stray of Huddersfield could get in at night which was a bit unsettling.

dreadful - do not stay here

central position and a kitchenette - I’m vegan so good to prepare my own food comfortable

codes for entry to property and room not sent and my calls and messages ignored - apparently a problem with collecting security deposit but I was not contacted about this no food preparation items - knives etc fire alarm just outside room beeped ever 30 seconds no towels provided and request for some ignored finishing off very poor wifi variable - often non-existent

it was very cheap & really only needed somewhere to sleep but the funny stale smell was the worst thing & the mo

very handy for parking & my destination

funny smell, needed decorating, corridors full of junk, forgot to give me the correct entrance code, television only worked off Netflix, tiny towels, pillows flat

it was worth the price but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great Location and good to have an apartment to ourselves.

the property wasn’t too clean with hair everywhere for example. The toilet seat was falling off and you could hear the toad but that was ok.

Great location and comfortable, however a little noise from the road and hard to open the window.

Great location and the bed was comfortable.

The hallway and stairs were dirty and had a bad smell, also the window was hard to open which was needed as the apartment was very warm.

Great place just needs a few things

The apartment itself was very nice, it had everything you needed and the communication from the host was excellent.

Could do with better pans, could not use the frying pan this morning as everything stuck to it, could not get the TV to work as it kept saying no signal and the other guests in the other apartments were up all hours been noisy and arguing, this has no reflection on the accommodation as it was very nice otherwise.

Amazing.

The location was amazing. The apartment has everything you need. It was very clean.

The window seemed to not block the noise from the street at all and it is located in a busy street. You get used to it though.

Superb

It's nice room but quite small good for students accommodation. Cos its my 50th birthday ready go out meet friends for "Gringos"mexican theme meal.

Only entrance door quite musty smell with metal steps thats all.

Our stay 24/03/22

The location, being so close to the venue where we were attending an event was perfect. The price, cheaper than the hotels in the area. The surprise of a TV with a Firestick available to use was great.

The room temperature, for some reason was very hot. As soon as we walked in the room it hit us. We couldn't understand why as it wasn't that hot outside and there was no visible heating on in the room. It was a bit uncomfortable for us. The noise, we could hear people in the other rooms within the building (even just them talking), walking along the hallways and the outside noise from the road/ street was so loud in the room.

Very good

Very helpful host & convenient location. Toiletries provided, dishes and utensils provided. Electric radiator heats the room very quickly. Very easy to check in & out. Great value for money

A bedside lamp & double glazing to keep outside noise out would make this a perfect accommodation

Great location and facilities, well equiped kitchennette. Really accommodating staff, and just what needed for an easy check in and check out (that is flexible with late times btw)

Light a bit bright, but it didnt spoil the experience. Little night lamp could be a nice addition.
