Very unruly staff no proper reply no breakfast asked more money then shown on booking voucher

An awful experience with no phone network, an extremely slow wifi connection and lack of basic thing

The hotel is a shared PG and location is quiet congested with bad roads. The check in itself took more than half an hour. Only two bottles of watre were given and rest had to be pruchased at 20rs for 500 ml of bottled water. Being in a corner the network reception was extrmely poor and had to depend on a WIFI connection provided by the hotel which again was extremely slow. Since they did not have a resturant or basic stuff like tea coffee we had to go outside for such basic ameneties. I regret booking this property but I was in a hurry. Next time I will do my research before booking.

Had a good stay overall.

Location of the premises was good, but without an approach road. Breakfast was very basic. The room was cleaned and the water bottles replaced, along with towels.

Breakfast could have been better. There is no proper connectivity to the property. The bathroom could have been better planned with wet and dry areas. The pillows are a real pain. They need immediate replacement.

I really disappointed with the Break Fast which is complimentary and there is no person for resolve issue. Only Security guard is there and he spent know the things to resolve the issues.

More english speaking, workers not mindful of silence, u can hear the chatting and laughing its a co- living so there are students or other people. First day they opened our room even we are inside was so traumatic! It happend at night time first day of arrival in hyderabad the reason was it was so silent inside how do u epect us from 4 hours travel to be noisy and enjoying. How come they dont know which room is occupied and vacant???. But after complaining it didnt happen again. Thanks to prabath for helping us in our stay!
