Superb

The staff during check in was very nice and helpful. The room was superb. Though currently undergoing renovation, everything was as expected.

Poor

Fine for one overnight stay and very convenient for the train station, however felt like the price was high for what I got.

There was no WiFi despite advertising it. The staff were very kind and tried to help fix it but did not have any luck. The bed was also not comfortable at all.

Doubt we will return here

The food was nice(sandwiches, pasta, biryani) but were served totally raw and bland parathas.

We were not informed that there was renovation work going on and it was very noisy. Even after requesting for breakfast to be served on time we dnt get it and almost missed our scheduled appointments ciz of the delay. We were charged for food that was returned. Milk creamers, tea sachets had to b constantly requested and at one point was bluntly told to order everything on one call. We wld b out all morning and still the room wasn't cleant. Hand towels looked old. We were not even provided spoons/forks when requested and were told to use the stirrers. The spoons old were stained and steel was chipped off. We chose the hotel based in the reviews and coz of the proximity to our place of interest, wldn't recommend it. They mentioned about no smoking policy but our floor smelt of cigarettes.. Also, rooms are not sound proof. The security staff, some of the house keeping staff were very courteous.

Pocket friendly

The staff were very courteous & helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room service was prompt and tasty.

The lobby was a bit tight due to the renovation works.

Good location and comfortable stay

Great stay at Bawa Regency. They upgraded our room for free which was much appreciated. The location is good - about a 20 minute drive down to the gateway. The staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us get around Mumbai.

Comfortable for a short stay

We were just there for one night. It's reasonably comfortable for a short stay. They gave us a day package which was very helpful.

There was construction going on when we went.

Unsatisfactory

Staff were little courteous and room was clean.

Initially the room provided us was very stuffy and smelt like local public toilet upon which they got freshner and instead requestwrd us to stay put in that room. However, later they changed the room.There's construction work going on currently, it's very disappointing and disturbing as it is not mentioned on a website while booking.

Welcoming and co-operative staff.

The food was very limited, only one or two dishes were available out of the whole menu. Size of the room was smaller than expected as per the charges.

The staff's behaviour is wonderful Rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean Food is very good quality 👌 Since they are upgrading now , in the nearby future hope it will be even more comfortable Overall very nice hotel 😄
