propreté et position impeccable, mais pas du tout confortable (literie et insonorisation)

la chambre était vraiment spacieuse et propre, la climatisation marchais très bien.

les chambres n'étaient pas du tout isolées, nous entendons tout ce qui se passais sur les escaliers, résultat réveil à 7h du matin avec les premiers clients qui descendent, les oreillers n'étaient pas du tout confortable ni les matelas, dommage c'est des points sur lesquels il faut bien travailler pour avoir un hôtel nickel.

It was suficient for staying a couple of days.

The room was big and spacious

The walls were thin, and the shower did not rinse very well. The portier did not speak any other language except portuguese, which made communication a bit tricky

Best value for money

It was amazing value for money, the furniture was all brand new and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful as well, taking the time to explain us everything, and accomodating all of our needs. Good air-conditioning and very quiet area at night and yet, easy and quick access to the city by bus or taxi. Finally, we loved the cute terrass under the roof, perfect to enjoy our morning breakfast.

Honestly, we were all around very happy with our stay.

Amazing customer service

The staff was very helpful and understanding. It is nicely located. The vegan restaurant right next door was amazing.

I am not a big fan of Praia , but this has nothing to do wit the accommodation

The only advantage of this hotel is the low price.

Bad pressure in the shower. The hot water in the boiler was running out very quickly. Very bad internet. Location is not so good. The room itself is not good.

It was nice and close to facilities like the supermarket

The breakfast was okay and I loved the low bed with good air conditioning.

Lovely

I liked that it was very cozy and comfortable.

The staff did not communicate properly and we were made to pay too much for a third person, it wasn’t worth it at all.

Very short and sweet. Just a stopover

Helpful receptionist who spoke good English. Lovely room with kitchenette.

There was no lift for heavy luggage. There are few restaurants in the immediate vacinity. It was very nice and very cheap, just not in the easiest area of town for tourists.

Suited our needs for a one night, cheap stop over. Staff were able to arrange taxis for 5.30 am.

Quite basic but very clean and cheap. No breakfast but a full kitchenette in the room. A convenient stop over between internal flights.

spacious, bright room that was clean and well equipped. I wasn’t expecting a kitchenette. The staff were great. The location is not touristy but amazing value.

Perfect

The owner and the staff were lovely and helped us a lot during our stay. The apartment was very cozy and well placed. We also appreciated the breakfasts on the roof with a view of the city. We recommend this place 100%

Decent place to stay with self-catering options

Good staff, place was spartan but mostly equipped for a short stay. I was here for a few nights after going to a few other islands in CV to see a different part of Praia (I stayed in Plateau at first) and there are some cool tapas and shisha bars nearby. While I didn't cook anything, there are basic facilities and a couple of supermarkets around the corner to the left on the bigger road. Also, vegans rejoice, the only vegan restaurant in Cape Verde is literally next door.

I think it will depend on other travelers. The acoustics are, well, quite impactful. My first morning had screaming children reverberating through the building, and my second night had what I imagine were assorted European vacationers drinking and having fun well into the night. So, quality of sleep may vary. The internet came and went, it appears tied to the number of users, when I heard a bunch of people go out to dinner the wifi got much better. Don''t leave ANY food anywhere, a few bread crumbs on me from the tapas bar and ants were all over me.

Very helpful personnel & comfortable room!

First, I arrived at 2am in the morning and there was someone waiting for me, who opened the apartment and welcomed me. The entire experience from the personnel was great, everyone was very nice and always open to questions and requests. It is very easy to grab a taxi in front of the hotel at any time. The room was also very clean! Finally, I asked for breakfast after the official breakfast time and it was still prepared for me :).

There could be some shower gel/ shampoo in the apartment, as well as some information in advance about what the breakfast would include.

Good value for money

Nice and clean room with basic kitchen utensils in case you need to cook anything. Air conditioning was working perfectly which was important since it was very hot outside. A good supermarket is very close by. Staff was good and the outdoor terrace with perfect view. We spent most of our evening there.

The wifi is working only in public areas but it’s really a minor thing.
