Wasn’t a comfortable stay

Location adjacent to corniche

A/C was defective Bus & taxi station exactly beside the hotel which made it an extremely noisy to have a relaxed stay Curtains are poor and can’t provide good blackout Staff was not responsive to my concern Corridors lack any means of ventilation Toilet is not equipped with flushing faucet Towels are worn out

C’était une seule nuit de passage de tanger donc pas de soucis pour moi

On a déjeuné dans le restaurant de l’hôtel et j’ai noté ce qui suit : 1- la majorité des repas mentionnés dans la carte du menu n’est pas disponible ( pas d’entrecôte, pas d’anchois, pas de burger,…etc) 2- retard très important pour apporter les repas commandés : il a fallu 1 heure pour nous apporter les salades, ajouter le temps (1h30) pour apporter les plats chauds. 3- on a voulu prendre des sandwiches à la chambre mais rien n’était disponible ( on a mangé à l’extérieur) Conseil : il faut prendre la restauration au serieux

Exceptionnel et Magnifique

Sincèrement le Pestana était au-delà de mes espérances, un hôtel magnifique avec une équipe à l'écoute et aux petits soins, nous avons passé une excellente semaine, des serviettes propres tous les jours, le lit fait également tous les jours, un grand nettoyage tous les 3 jrs avec une déco cygnes avec les serviettes de bains. Je tiens à souligner et à remercier l'équipe du petit-déjeuner qui est exceptionnelle, aux petits soins par ailleurs et surtout un petit-déjeuner complet, des œufs à la demande sous toutes ses formes, des jus maison tels que concombre, betterave, mangue et carotte qui sont meilleurs que le jus d'orange... Des spécialités marocaines tels que harcha, msemen, brhille, charcuterie hallal, crudités, olives et fromages, etc... Nous nous sommes régalés, contrairement aux commentaires précédents qui en disaient le contraire. Nous avons par ailleurs bénéficié de la surveillance de notre véhicule avec le grand parking souterrain dont l'accès donne directement à l'hôtel. Proche de la plage et des commodités, et notamment des taxis que nous avons bien utilisés au vu de leur prix des plus attractifs. Mon mari et moi nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Tanger, car nous avons été comblés de cette belle expérience.

نظام الأجنحه مريح وكأنك في منزلك توفر المطبخ والغساله تسهل الإقامة

عدم تجديد الماء والكوفي بشكل يومي والإكتفاء به لمره واحده حتى لو كان حجزك لأكثر من يوم

Séjour exceptionnel, un endroit propre qu’on récompensera sans doute !!

Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement, l’accueil et la propreté des lieux. Tout était à proximité tu compris la gare de train, Tanger city mall. C’était très facile de se déplacer.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas varié, tous les jours c’était le même menu et y’avait pas trop de plats salés.

Le personnel serviable et à l’écoute… Un personnel pour notre sécurité de jour comme de nuit..

L’ascenseur me faisait un peu peur… j’étais au 12e étage… donc forcément je le prenait mais à reculons… je dirais que l’ascenseur est bancal je m’explique le sol de l’ascenseur ne paraissait pas droit lol…

Amazing 2nd time stay

This is the second time I stay in Pestana Tangier, and for the 2nd time the stay was amazing. Clean, tidy, nice design and friendly staff, especially the nice lady (sorry I forgot the name), we had a situation and she acted professionally and promptly. Location is amazing as it is close to shopping mall and train station. Definitely I am coming back to Pestana hotel

Great value for money

Centrally located with super helpful reception staff and good breakfast. The rooms are clean and very spacious with all the amenities you might need for a short or a longer stay (it's a studio apartment). The view from the 12th floor was everything! Easy access to restaurants and one of the town beaches.

Very pleasant one night stay.

Breakfast was excellent and omelettes were delicious. Nice touch of having detox water available. Very clean.

Had to pay extra for decaf coffee which never had to anywhere else in a hotel or restaurant.

Clean and spacious place next to the train station

It is right next to the train station but the room itself was very quiet. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The room was spotless and very spacious.

We had a room service but the food was rather bland and overpriced.

highly recommend

we stayed in the executive suite and it was very clean and spacious. the location was very good just few minutes by foot from tanger train station and 10 minutes away from restaurants . the breakfast was delicious with a lot of varieties. the staff were friendly and helpful

As near to perfect as possible

The apartment was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed in anywhere. It was perfect for our needs with a separate bedroom and bathroom for our son. the lounge/ kitchen area was very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful at all times, particularly Mohammad who welcomed us on arrival and Youssef who looked after us at breakfast on two days. Even though we hadn’t included breakfast on the package, I can thoroughly recommend it. The location near the Mall and the train station as well a one of the hop on tour bus stops ( beware it’s not marked!) was perfect. Front desk staff were excellent in ordering taxis when required. We were very sorry to leave this place and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Would have liked more English language tv stations, but you don’t come to Tangier to watch television.
