Все прекрасно! Спасибо очень дружелюбному персоналу отеля за их работу!

Хороший отель с очень удобным расположением. До центра города буквально 15 минут на метро. В пешей доступности много разным магазинов, кафе, ресторанчиков. Тихий, спокойный район.

Завтраки не очень разнообразные и некоторые блюда непривычны для русского человека, впервые оказавшегося в Японии. Но в целом, никогда не оставались голодными ни мы с женой, ни сынишка.

お値段がとてもお安いので、目を瞑れました。

朝食が付いていた事。ディズニーまでの送迎があり助かりました。立地条件が良く、駅までも近いですし、食事関係も近くに飲食店があり困りませんでした。

小学生の添い寝可能で有り難かったですが、枕もタオルもスリッパもないとは正直驚きました。タオルもスリッパも別で購入できたので安心しましたが、枕がないのは困りました。チェックインもフロントに行く前に機械で行うしシステムだとわかるようにしてほしかったです。

ディズニー全般にはとっても良いホテルだと思います！ありがとうございました＾＾

ディズニー行きのバスが朝出ていてディズニーに行かれる前泊の方はとても便利だと思います◎

浴室の衛生面が△、アメニティーが少ないように感じました。あとはホテルに設置してあるティッシュがとても少なくすぐに使い終えてしまい、そこが不便に感じました。

디즈니랜드 가실 분에겐 최고인 호텔

1. 디즈니랜드 셔틀버스가 있다. 오전엔 8시, 10시 돌아오는건 저녁 9시 15분쯤이였나 그랬다. 2. 조식이 엄청 맛있었다!!!! 4일간 먹었는데 최고였다! 특히 달걀!!!!! 토요코인은 밥이 맛있어서 그것 때문에 예약한 것도 있다. 3. 한국어를 할 줄 아는 직원 분이 계셨다. 간단 언어는 할 수 있으셔서 괜찮았다. 4. 물 수압이 세서 좋았다. 5. 니시카사이 지역 특성상 마트, 편의점, 식당이 많아서 너무 좋았다.

1. 전철 소리가 시끄럽다. 2. 방음이 잘 안됨. 3. 3박 4일 머물렀는데 청소를 3일째에 수건 교체와 청소를 해줬다. 수건 교체는 봉지에 담아서 문 앞에 걸어놨었음.

The location is perfect which is near the railway station. It’s convenient to go to the Disney Theme park because the hotel has a free shuttle bus, but remember to reserve in advance.

チェックアウト後に帽子を忘れたことに気付き、ホテルへ連絡。とても丁寧に対応してくださり、舞浜駅まで送迎バスを利用し帽子を届けていただけ、レジャーを楽しむことができました。送迎バスの運転手の方も、丁寧に対応していただけ、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。臨機応変な対応、ありがとうございました。

送迎バスを事前に電話予約したのに、チェックイン時に説明がありませんでした。バスのことを聞くと「予約制で…」と、予約確認から始まり、不安になりました。予約確認後、説明ありましたが、わざわざ電話で事前予約していたので、最初から説明して欲しかったです。バスルームと室内に高めの段差があるので、足元に不安のある方は、予約前にしっかり検討された方が良いと思います。(つまずくと危険です)

Excellent option if you are going to Tokyo Disney Resort

The hotel is very well located, very near the station. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and well served. The staff was very friendly and kind. Although there was a train line near the hotel we couldn't hear the trains. There are interesting books available for reading in the room.

The bed could be a little softer. But it was OK to sleep on it. Also, it would be nice to have cotton pads as amenities.

I totally recommend this place!!

It’s close to a train station, very affordable and provides a yummy complimentary breakfast. I also love the free shuttle to and from Disney parks which was an added bonus! Be sure to reserve the bus shuttle quick because spots fill up quick.

The beds were a bit firm, but learned that’s common in Japan.

I was there with my family and they asked me if I wanted to clean up my room the next day. I was asked if I wanted to clean up the room the next day and I told them it was my decision and fine, but the staff was concerned and told me to call the front desk if I did not want to clean up the room, I went to my family and told them and they wanted me to clean it up. As a result, the staff helped me. Thank you very much.
