Uma experiência decepcionante.

A limpeza do quarto e a atenção da proprietária em ter arranjado toalhas de banho para a bebé. Também gostámos que tivesse providenciado um berço e um frigorífico. Este último apesar da atenção, causa muito ruído e tivémos de o desligar durante a noite.

Após efectuada a reserva de 2 dias, entrámos em contacto com a proprietária e apercebemo-nos que o aluguer era num apartamento partilhado com outras pessoas. De facto, essa característica estava descrita na página da Forts no Booking. Erro nosso e admitimos isso. No entanto, eu e minha mulher viajávamos com a nossa bebé de 2 anos e achámos inseguro dormir 2 noites num apartamento partilhado com estranhos. Assim, a 1 semana da reserva pedimos à proprietária a possibilidade de cancelamento e respectiva devolução do dinheiro. A proprietária não se mostrou sensivel dizendo que podiamos nem aparecer (no show) mas que o dinheiro nunca seria devolvido. Tristes com esta situação decidimos dar uma hipótese e comparecemos na primeira noite. O quarto estava limpo e relativamente confortável, não fosse o facto de estar imenso calor. Haviam 2 ventiladores que só fazem mover o ar. Não o refrescam. Mesmo com as janelas abertas, nunca nos conseguimos sentir confortáveis. Isto aconteceu em Outubro. Não queremos imaginar se fosse em Julho ou Agosto. Assim, para nosso desespero, às 23:00 estávamos à procura de outras soluções de dormida na Booking. No dia seguinte fizemos as malas e comunicámos à proprietária a nossa saída prematura, cuja qual, não perguntou se algo correu mal, ou se haveria algo que poderia ter feito de outra forma. Assim, perante esta indiferença e falta de sensibilidade, aliado à falta de conforto e alguma sensação de insegurança, decidimos fazer esta crítica. Também não gostámos da localização. Ao chegar de noite, a rua era escura com inúmeras lampadas desligadas. Não era um local agradável e não nos transmitiu segurança. Não obstante entendemos que a proprietária não é responsável por isto.

The most thoughtful host.

The bed, the coffee, cleanliness, Anna the host could not do enough for me. Anna gave me the confidence that everything was okay, from the moment i booked as a solo traveller until my departure day For this reason I would visit Anna again.

We stayed one day at the appartment before flying back. It is very near to the airport, less then 10 minutes with the taxi and the metro is near and drives directly to the airport and also to the city centre. The location is in a quiet everyday neighbourhood and the house is a regular building, not a hotel. The appartment is big enough and very cosy and well equipped. Ana, the owner, also lives there and is very sweet and helpful. The coffee was very good and free. And you can see far away because it is on the 6th floor (with elevator). Everything what we needed was there.

There is no AC. But there are fans and they worked well.

Great and quiet place close to the airport

The apartment is spotless clean, very close to the airport and Ana is a very friendly host. I was very tired when I arrived and I had a very good rest, the neighbourhood is totally calm and quiet at night. There is also a coffee machine and tea variety availible.

The Lady of the place was fantastic. Very helpful, helping me figure out where to find The The right bus and so on. Her english was not The best, but a little help from google translate sorted that out.

The outside was very dirty. With People screaming and fighting at night.

Lovely room, friendly host and very close to the airport - all I needed

Lovely host Ana was very helpful and welcoming, I immediately felt home and was almost sad to not have the opportunity to stay for a bit longer. The location fo the pousada is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport - it takes only 15mins. by public transport from door to door. The apartment is lovely, the room very calm and there is everything you need. Also, a seperate bathroom and a tea corner. I would definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood is not very special and it might take some time to arrive in the center of Lisbon, but that was not very important to me as I only stayed for the night and wanted to be close to the airport.

Super sweet and caring host, close to metro, good value for money

Although she doesn’t really speak English, host (sorry I don’t have access to her name right now) is wonderful. Super sweet and kind. She knew I drink decaf coffee and as she didn’t have any, she went out and bought some! Decent breakfast spread including tasty mango yogurt. Just a few minutes walk to Chelas metro.

It’s hard for a guy who is 6 feet tall to find a bed that fits him, and the lock to the front door needs replacing; it’s a bit tricky.
