Ruhiger komfortabler Aufenthalt an zentraler Lage

Sehr zentral gelegen. Und trotzdem Ruhig in der Nacht. Komfortables Bett zweckmässige Zimmerausstattung.

Forgetable. Not recommended.

Location

Room was too small; at the back of the building with no proper airflow in the heat. Bathroom sink was terribly placed and difficult to use. Not provided sufficient towels or bathroom floor matts to absorb water. Staff not easily accessible. Too expensive for the value.

Die Lage

Das Zimmer ist so winzig, so dass man von der einen Seite gerade noch knapp ins Bett steigen kann. Es gab zwei Badetücher, aber kein Handtuch, kein Zahnglas, in das man die Zahnbürste hätte stellen können, keine Kleiderbügel, keine Steckdose auf der einen Seite des Bettes. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig, die Bar, in der es serviert wird, etwas gar schummrig.

LAMENTABLE

La ubicación. Esta en el centro antiguo de Zurich. Una zona muy bonita

NO NOS GUSTO NADA. La habitación muy pequeña y la cama casi pegada a la pared. No hacen las habitaciones. en el baño no hay ni alfombrilla para los pies. Al ser una casa antigua el ascensor sube un tramo y luego hay que bajar escaleras. en la entrada del hote, que es minima, y en los pasillos de las habitaciones están bolsas con ropa amontonadas, la aspiradora, etc. El check in no funcionaba y es automático, o sea que s i no hay alguien en el bar no entras. El desayuno estaba incluido y el primer día bien café y sándwich o croissant, yogurt y fruta y el camarero muy amable. el segundo día no apareció nadie en el bar y tuvo que atendernos otro empleado. Yo creo que por 300F la noche y que al día siguiente fuimos a uno infinitamente mejor por un tercio del precio.

Bei dem Preis .... sucht euch was andres

Ehrlich? Eigentlich gar nichts ausser die Lage zum Zürichsee.

Keine Info das Check in sich verzögert. Dann fragt man nach und es heisst man kann sich ja was andres suchen. Keine persönliche Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen in irgendeiner Art. Betten hart wie Brett. Kein Luxus. Alt ... also alleine wäre ich da nicht rein. Keine Empfehlung!

Parfait pour visiter la ville!

Emplacement magnifiquement situé, prix très corrects pour Zurich. Pas le grand luxe mais tout à fait suffisant pour notre escapade en famille. Comme la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée, des boissons et les taxes de séjour nous ont été offertes.

L'ascenseur est minuscule et il ne vaut mieux pas être trop chargé. Le hall est assez étriqué et le croisement avec d'autres clients doit y être compliqué.

Excelente ubicación !

Excelente ubicación, el personal súper agradable, cuenta con una terraza divina, es un hotel modesto pero ideal cuando estás de paso, bastante limpio y cómodo, además tienes el plus que son gente latina y pueden entenderte en español, muy bien !!

Unten war Bar und die Musik war so laut ganze Nacht , wir haben fast nicht geschlafen. Dazu habe ich für 3 Bettzimmer ( Doppelbett und Einzelbett) reserviert und bezahlt aber habe ich Doppelbett bekommen (( .

It was OK.

Check-in was easy although it wasn't self check-in as the reservation had noted. The room was a decent size compared to a lot of European rooms which are tiny.

We only got 1 tiny pillow each which was lumpy and uncomfortable. There's pros and cons of be located in the middle of the city. It was loud at night and smelled like stale cigarettes.

La struttura era confortevole e pulita ma un plauso particolare va alla signora che mi ha accolto!! Non avevo con me il pigiama, avendolo dimenticato e mi ha ceduto generosamente una tuta per la notte.

Disappointing for a hotel in the heart of Zurich.

The location is great, close to the lake and all the restaurants.

The self check in didn’t work; there’s a very, very limited choice of breakfast which you don’t eat at normal tables, there is no dining area.

Diese Unterkunft ist zwar sauber, aber nicht empfehlenswert. So geht man nicht mit Menschen um.

So ich unfreundliches Personal haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück war unterstes Niveau, die Gäste wurden gebeten, frühzeitig zu gehen, weil es zu wenig Plätze gab. Angesagt war 8.00 - 10.00 Uhr. Um 9.30 Uhr sagte die Dame es gibt jetzt nichts mehr, sie müsse gehen. Und dann wollte sie noch dieses miserable Frühstück bezahlt haben, obwohl es inclusiv im Preis ist. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, alle Leute waten vor den Kopf geschlagen.

La localización es excelente. En plena zona turística. A pasos del espectacular río, de la zona antigua, atracciones como la Opera, restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo. Aunque se anuncia como un self check-in, durante nuestra estancia la encargada, Linda, estuvo disponible y nos ayudó en todo momento. Habla español e inglés, lo que fue muy conveniente. La terraza es un plus, tienen buenas vistas en la noche, mesas y sillas y es fresca. Considerando los precios elevadísimos en Suiza, entiendo que el valor de la hospedería por el precio es muy bueno.

En un comentario anterior indiqué que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación. Pero despues de estar en otras hospederías, entiendo que si lo tuviera costaría mucho más. Suiza es uno de los destinos más caros del mundo. Hacía mucho calor en septiembre, pero pudimos dormir bien con los abanicos. Ademas, en Europa aunque los cuartos tengan aire, los ponen a una temperatura que no alivia gran cosa el calor. Dicho esto, faltaba una luminaria en la escalera que lleva a la terraza.

Die Lage.

Ganz ehrlich: ich habe noch nie in so einem schlechten Hotel übernachtet. Das Frühstück war noch nicht einmal ein Witz, es war eine Beleidigung. Die Gastgeber (oder war es das Personal?) haben ihre Gäste behandelt wie eine Störung. Das Zimmer war zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber klein, dunkel, zugestellt, die herunter gerissenen Vorhänge wurden bei meiner Ankunft in meiner Gegenwart notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert. Gehen Sie woanders hin! Wenn Sie nicht anders können, als dort einzukehren, dann lassen Sie das Frühstück ausfallen und gehen stattdessen zum Beispiel ins nahe Café Odeon. Dort ist es nicht nur schön, Sie werden auch wie ein Gast behandelt. Ganz ehrlich: nach einem Besuch in diesem Hotel werden Sie das zu schätzen wissen!!!

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

I had a man screaming and banging on my door at 4 am. He was there for more than 30 min and I had to call the police. The lock on the door was broken, the location was noisy until 2 am, and there were always drunk men loitering in the hallway.

The key cards did not work properly, we had issues getting into our rooms. Woke up at 5 am as a drunk was banging on his door on the same floor trying to get into his flat due to the same issues with the key card.

Location was really central/ convenient.

Stinky rooms; weird bar check in; very noisy, we could hear every sound coming from next door rooms and hallways. No air con and having window open was minimal help plus super noisy outside.
