Lovely place

Great, quiet location. Easy to walk to the seafront and town. The property was really clean and had everything that we needed. Was lovely to relax outside and there was a lot of space. Menis was friendly and very helpful our whole stay. Would recommend.

The only issue was the mattresses were a little hard to sleep on.

Fantastic location and stay

All good and everything works perfectly. Cozy location and close to all places. Very flexible also with our timing. Really appreciate and I would recommend the place for a wonderful stay in the area

Exceptional property, amazing location, even better host

Beautiful, modern, spacious, private, safe and quiet property in the heart of Vouliagmeni. Facilities included everything that was required and the garden was a little sanctuary. Menis and his wife thought of every little detail when preparing this property and were extremely helpful throughout my stay, on hand for any questions I had. I could not have wished for anything more and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vouliagmeni.

The best booking experience i've ever had!

This really is an amazing accomodation, the house is beautiful, located in a very quiet and peaceful spot in Vouliagmeni. It has a nice garden with a beautifu lemon tree, an outside sitting/dining area. Inside we found everything we needed for a relaxing stay and even more. Menis is a perfect host, he showed us around, made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like we are visiting friends. I have been using booking.com for more than ten years now and this is truly the best accomodation and overall experience i've ever had. I mean, there even was fruit and refreshments for us in the fridge, all variety of coffee and tea, the bathroom was fully stocked, I can go on. I can't recommend this enough and I hope we will be back one day.

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing place. The house was equipped with everything you would need and the host was very helpful with showing us the property and talking about the places to visit during our stay in Vouliagmeni. Everything is close by, walking to the beaches just takes a couple of minutes strolling down the street and there you can also find many restaurants, a supermarket and a couple of bakeries, ice-cream places etc. But the main thing we enjoyed was the garden and the terrace where we spent many evenings. You will also be visited in the garden by local cats who are quite friendly if you like the company.

The street was very quiet, only negative was that for a couple of nights our going to sleep time coincided with the singing time of turtledoves.

We were very happy with our stay in the property, very friendly host and the House is very cozy.

The house is very beautiful and located in very nice and quiet area with easy access to the beach. Very clean inside, with beautiful terrase and well kept kitchen. Host is very friendly, and we had no problems with our late check-in.

Small bathroom doors are tricky with the lock. It gets stuck from time to time, as a result - hard to open that door.

everything. great location, private and quit, but walking distance from the beach, restaurant… clean well organised. Menis was very kind and helpful. we had an electricity problem and he immediately arranged another apartment , which was also amazing

It was my best stay ever! This wonderful house has brand new furniture, has all the amenities you may need and most importantly - the kindest and most attentive host I have ever met. We are extremely pleased with our stay and will be back again for sure.

Great value for money!exceptional location!

Very clean and cozy house!feels like you are on an island!the owner was very hospitable and friendly! The private mini garden gave you the feeing of privacy!strongly recommend it! the owner was so kind to even provide coffee and fresh cold water in the fridge and some items for a basic breakfast in the morning!

I would love to come back!

The host was very friendly and offered every support you could need. Early check in and out was no problem at all. Some fresh food and drink in the fridge completed the warm welcome.

Everything was great!!! The house is very nice and cozy placed in the middle of a pine trees and lemon trees garden. The host was very kind and helpful. He gave us advice about the best restaurants, bars, beaches and super markets of the area. The house was recently renovated and is fully equipped. It's located within walking distance from Vouliagmeni beach (only 6-7 minutes walk) and lake Vouliagmeni (less than 10 minutes walk).

Super place to stay, fully equiped, with lots of amenities. Super host, very hospitable and prompt. Few minutes walk to the beach and to the lake. Also many lovely places to eat, have coffee and drinks within walking distance. We will definitely visit again

Amazing experience!

We really enjoyed a confortable stay in this wonderful and cozy garden house!! The owner, waited for us and showed us around the property. Everything was sparkling clean and the owners had left a couple of cute toys for our kids which was a nice surprise for them! The kitchen was fully equipped. There were also fruits, snacks and refreshments waiting for us in the fridge. The pine trees and lemon trees garden was very quiet and in the morning we took our breakfast on the patio enjoying the garden view. A huge advantage of the house is its location: walking distance from the closest beach and the famous lake Vouliagmeni. (If you have a car, it's worth exploring the entire "Athens riviera" and take some time to drive on the costal road beyond Vouliagmeni, to Varkiza and then end up to cape Sounio for a visit to the ancient temple of God Apollon). The house is also within a walking distance from the center of Vouliagmeni, with many options for breakfast/lunch/dinner and night drinks, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The communication with the owners was very pleasant and prompt. Overall an amazing experience!!!
