I Do Not Recommend #404

The location was terrific, the view was decent. Getting around was great.

The place needs new furniture, new paint job. The twin bedroom needs upgrading along with better mattresses and covers. This apartment #404 should be taken down until they do renovations. Need better cleaning, especially the laundry area, the game room needs someone to repair the game machines. Just because people are not trying to pay a thousand dollarsto stay at this property. They can do better.

Very nice location...really liked the building and grounds.

Our unit was not clean. When we tried to use the oven the room filled with smoke because of grease still in the oven. We feel we should be refunded the cleaning fee.
