The front desk staff was wonderful and changed our room, and we would love to go back if the hotel could work on its cle

We loved the swim up bar, the front desk staff, the hotel restaurant and the daily entertainment. The fire pit outside Is nice and relaxing in the evenings.

The 1st room was absolutely filthy. Old swimsuit was found behind a dresser, carpet was very dirty and hair on the bathroom floor. The room felt damp. Maybe that is because of its location close to the ocean. The pool was absolutely filthy and not being maintained properly. We would have loved to spend more time in the pool at the swim up bar but the pool was disgusting. Our room was supposed to be oceanfront as we booked it through Booking.com. At no time in the write up, did it say pool view oceanfront. We could barely see the ocean, very misleading. We attached a picture of our “view of the ocean”. We paid top dollar for this room. I will no longer book through Booking.com.

Superb location north of OC - quiet and full service

Loved the proximity to the beach, hammocks, ability to use 1st floor shower/changing room and park all day before check in or after checkout to stretch out your stay. Convenient walk to restaurants and most stores selling what we needed. Bed was very comfortable and balcony with sea view was perfect for moon watching. Kitchen was great for making omelets.

Bathroom a little dated but serviceable and clean. Noisy fan and noisy AC so we just turned them off.

Cheap looking interior and dirty

Friendly staff

Cheap looking; Not very clean and our king bed was flimsy/uncomfortable and indented in the middle. Pool was murky and spa was closed. Found empty box of cigarettes on the balcony. Bed sheets had a weird smell. Shower ran out of hot water temporarily. Built like a motel 6.

Location and indoor pool from on line photos.

A “church” event of some sort was going on with LOTS of teenage brats running around unattended. I brought my daughter and her friend for the weekend so they could use the indoor pool that looked nice on line and it was closed because of these brats. They were also sitting in the elevators preventing others from getting in. We were there 20-30 minutes before I cancelled our stay. During those 20-30 minutes, I heard employees yelled at, watched doors prank knocked and heard other guests complain. You wouldn’t understand if you were not there. Bottom line is, the whole bs church group needed kicked out and that didn’t happen. All out mayhem

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY POPCORN INSIDE THE SOFA BED ,IN THE BATHROOM WAS CUPS AND WHEN I USED THEM THEY HAD DEAD BUGS INSIDE OF THEM,WBEN WE WENT FOR A SHOWER IT WAS ONLY DROPS OF WATER COMING FRO THE SHOWER HEAD AND THE POOL WAS INSANE CROWDED,WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS KETCHUP ON THE FLOOR IN THE HALLWAY WHEN WE LEFT 2 DAYS LATER THE KETCHUP WAS STILL THERE VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞.

I was not pleased. The front desk staff very helpful and nice.

Location was good

Elevators broke or slow and my partner is handicap so this was extremely problematic. It could have been cleaner especially in bathroom. Restaurant staff not friendly rushing in and out.

Great location and beautifully renovated outdoor pool deck area. Will definitely return!

The new outdoor pool area was beautiful and a very nice surprise-love the choice of salt water for the pool and the hot tub!! Snack bar staff was friendly. I like the "midtown" location and being right on the beach.

The room could use some updating, specifically the sticky carpet. A nice wooden floor would be nice and maybe easier to keep clean. The prices at the snack bar were a bit high, but I realize we are paying for the convenience. When we checked in, the staff member basically just gave us the key cards - didn't speak about any of the amenities, didn't even mention the renovated pool deck area.

Liked that it was on the beach.

The room smelled musty. Everything felt damp ., sheets, bedding, even our clothing that was kept in our suitcase. Fixtures in the room were rusty(probably from all the moisture). Wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom wall. Could use some updating. For over 4oo a night we should not have felt like we slept in soggy sheets. The clothing we were wearing even felt damp after sitting in the room for a while. Something brown smeared on the curtain, not sure if it was chocolate or worse.

Facility had parking and was off the beach.

For $400 per night. I shouldn't have to take a shower in a horrible tub. The tub had a huge ring embedded in it. Hair was on the bathroom floor when we got there. It didnt look like the floors were vacumed. The hallway carpet looked old and horrible and not well-lit. The wallpaper was torn and looked very old and outdated.. The sprinklers were all corroded. The room smelled mildewey.. You need to invest in your establishment!

We loved the staff, but the construction (we weren't made aware of) going on made our stay less than

I loved how close we were to the beach. The view was awesome. Especially at night. When there was no construction going on. The sound of the waves were soothing. Very calming, and relaxing. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

When we first entered our room we were taken aback by how stunning it looked at first glance. We had a fireplace, and the room was spaceous and cozy. We soon found out the fireplace was for show as it didn't work. We were told it should, and maintenance came up to fix it, but it wouldn't heat or turn on. Our room also had no heat which made us even more frustrated. The worst part was the construction work going on in the outdoor pool area. If we'd known we would be awakened every morning to jackhammer and banging we probably wouldn't have picked this room.

Would never stay there again!

Ocean view minus construction site under window. If it wasn't for the restaurant we would have checked out next day. Would like someone to call me at 215-718-4988 to discuss my $25 refund and also we left early due to a family emergency so would like at least a one-night refund.

Loud music until 12 am & then just voice volume of same room guests above us until 3 a.m. -- would have thought the staff would have told them to quiet down all together. Game room and fitness center were under construction so false advertising. Indoor pool looked very different than what was online -- entirely too small for staying away from other guests,

I know it's the off season but I always seem to travel when there is construction being done...banging inside banging outside..I'm know things need to be fixed,but banging with a hammer at 7 am is just too early..there should be a quiet time till 9am in my opinion..people should have the option of sleeping in

not really worth it. I would like a refund. stay at another holiday inn if you ask me

multiple things where broken or didn’t work inside the room. I had to walk around with wrinkled clothes because the iron didn’t work. the closet door was broken and was hard to move. the room smelled gross. so I had to open the balcony door to get fresh air.
