Just fine for the purpose.

Communication before arrival, Key boxes, good free wifi, big tv, breezy wide view window. Many fast foods, supermarkets and household item shops so close by. Bus stops and ATMS very close too.

Great host, no issues at all and great location.

Good location, right near local shop and food outlet. I loved the windows in the apartment, all windows opened and created a great breeze. Aircon was also fab!

Overall, it was a GREAT stay.

it had the most basic things and the location is great especially for eating out. China bazaar and molto supermarket right infront of there. a host of restaurants too.

when power was lost; there was no back up and that affected my ability to use my laptop for work. there was also no microwave which l think would help with saving money from eating out a lot.

A Good Place To Stay

"Mr. Studio" is a nice place to stay, good parking options, many shops and restaurants in the area, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The street is noisy during the day and in the evening but during the night it is pretty quite. The hosts were very kind and helpfull. We are looking for staying there during our next visit in Nikosia. Big TV with high resolution quality, having Netflix and other programs.

Brilliant, would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant property, excellent location, wonderful host always tried to assist and help me in all ways. Also close to all amenities, Food courts, superstore next to property, multiple restaurants next to property. Cleaners arranged on frequent basic. Prompt communication, Host perked up the stay with 1 day free of charge stay due to change of plan. Property had a very good air ventilation. Must Must Stay recommendation.

If microwave would be provided it would help. Also light in corridor would be also assistance for resident to find its way.

Mr.Studio in Ortakoy

Studio is located in the center with necessary infrastructures beside. The rooms are very clean and you can have all necessary things you need. Personnel is very helpful with everything, as they helped us with taxi and other issues we needed. Thx to Emre and Eda 🙏 I recommend this studio exactly.
