Рядом с отелем обменник валюты с самым максимальным курсом валют в пользу обмена. В метрах 150 от отеля вверх слева, утр

Очень комфортное расположение и удобства в номере. Микроволновка, чайник, фен, кондиционер. По поводу кондиционера, он очень сильно обдувает комнату и в частности кровать. Выход: повесить на кондиционер полотенце, на ту часть которая не должна обдуваться. Максимальна клиентоориентированность персонала. Чистейший бассейн. В день выезда мы оставили чемоданы в номере и отправились на двухуровневую экскурсию. Месье любезно забрал наши вещи и убрал в комнату хранения. За время поездки жили в 4 отелях, но именно в Таласса хотели бы вернуться вновь.

Сейф не работал, исправили в течении 2 дней. Но как оказалось он совсем не был нужен. Мы в первые в Тайланде, тут безопаснее чем в других местах нашего отдыха.

Quite location, family room with separate rooms, nothing more

Renovation needed, aircon and refrigerator completed to see who is louder. We were waiting for check in about 15 min in hot lobby alone after a long flight. Payment only by cash. About 15-20 to the beach

Nice location and welcoming stuff

Friendly, helpful stuff, great location, very close to main tourist attractions and yet in quiet district. 15-20 minutes of walking to Karon or Kata beaches.

AIr conditioners were noisy in the room faced outside.

Good location, nice and clean property

Very good location. Quiet, yet short walk to everything. Kids really enjoyed the pool which was nice and deep.

Exceptional

The property was spotless and everything was put there with so much love and attention. From the floating pool toys to the water in the fridge to the extra towels and crockery in the rooms. Every room has a balcony which is lovely and over looks the pool. The location is also fantastic as your are in the heart of Kata but the street is quiet and a very relaxed vibe. Hands down the highlight was the amazing Rodri who is beyond lonely planet good with his recommendations and has done all of the trial and error in the area to put his heart and soul into a Phuket must see guide! This is found in every bedroom and I cannot speak more highly of his work. On top of that he is an all around exemplary hotel manager who is friendly, warm, flexible and will cater to peoples needs with a smile on his face and the best of intentions. Thank you Rodri for making me fall in love with Phuket! You are magic!!

Very good location, quiet, and the manager was very good

The owner/manager was very good and provided a lot of great information on where to eat, places to go and how to get around. We used the pool which was very good

Amazing stay just steps away from all the activity and night markets!

He was so welcoming into his hotel! We loved our room with a pool view and the location was amazing! He also got us great deals on some activities so couldn’t recommend him more!!!

Amazing stay

Richard was great and helped me out so much, he showed me all the good places nearby and everything. The room was really big and had great facilities. The pool was right outside my room and was so nice to use. I stayed for only one night but I would love to come back here again!

Wish we could pay using card and also the aircon was not very cold.

A lovely place to stay.

We had a great stay at Thalassa Pool. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable. The hosts at the property were helpful and fixed any problems that arose efficiently. The location was good, a short walk to the night markets and the main street of Kata where there are lots of local food options. It was a 15 minute walk to Kata beach and also Karon Beach.

The pool needs a little maintenance (missing tiles), but this didn't affect our enjoyment of the pool.

Definitely recommend for Budget Accommodation in Style.

The pool view, aircon worked well, room was lovely and clean and there were some great little touches added like coffee, toiletries and our towels folded into swans 💜 was a lovely stay thank you so much, missing it already.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The property is very best. The pool, balcony, room, every facility was clean and amazing. There is no lift but we had no issues.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.

There was a slight hiccup checking in due to non attendance for five minutes and language barrier and took a little while to learn that there were two additional entrances. Was a minor problem. Pool is a little murky.

Perfect!

We had a perfect stay at Thalassa! The room was spotless, spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. The hosts were amazing - so kind, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble (including finding our boat ticket in our rubbish bin after we had checked out and were on the way to the pier!). The pool is great and they even provided extra towels if needed. Our room was serviced even though our stay was only 4 nights. The location is perfect - quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants etc. There is also a 7-11, great street food and a fresh market in a quieter area about 5 minutes away. The beach is only a 10 minute walk too. We loved our stay here very much!

Pleasant enough, near enough to the beach and the hubbub of town. You get what you pay for!

Staff on arrival didn't speak english - making check in very tricky. Needing to pay in cash was not appreciated. Unable to offer help with airport transfers. Room wasn't ready when I arrived, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. Not well lit at night time - either nearby or the property access, didn't always feel safe.

avoid, not a good experience.

modern air con unit, that’s the only thing!

one inch gap above and under bedroom door letting in mosquitoes day and night attracted by hall lights. the owner stays the floor below and doesn’t stop smoking, smell of smoke in hall ways and up in our room every day. the bed had a dirty and stained blanket over the clean white sheets. next to no water pressure , showering took ages. three flights of stairs to climb up. no cleaning in the four days we stayed. no new towels or water. the main door downstairs to the pool was locked one day so no access to the pool.

Comfortable and convenient

Thalassa was a good place to stay. Richard was very accommodating with an early check in and helpful with any questions we had. The room was newly renovated and was comfortable. 10 minute walk to shopping area and beach.

Lovely room tucked away near center of Kata.

Nice size room with sofa, huge bed, big bathroom with shower area. Balcony catches the Sun in afternoon. All very clean and well presented.

The TV and aircon is in desperate need of upgrading.

Good access around Kata

Richard the owner was kind and thoughtful to every guest.I loved how the owner treated the guests like family and made such good atmosphere. Located in the middle of Kata which is very accessable to night markets,shops,beach & many local food stores. But still can spend a quite moment when going back to hotel was a great point.
