Great place

I love this place it was the 1st time we stayed here and it was amazing and will be back, it was 3 bed room which gave us enough room to not be on top of one another for a group of 7 people . The pool and hottube always clean

Nothing check in and out was a breeze.

Falta mosquitero en la puerta que da de la sala al balcón, no había internet. El primer día que llegamos el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, pasamos la Noche sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo al día siguiente lo solucionaron.

Great location - good size - but would not visit again because the smell was too much of an issue.

Size and location.

The moment we walked in the smell of marijuana was strong in the entry. Then the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We contacted the main Vacasa number listed and advised them of the horrible smell. They advised they Vacas a could put in an order for a maintenance person to come in to the unit. Told them that we would try to get air freshener to try and get the order out. We purchased a can of Febreze Air Purifier and used over half the can in the two night we were there. This would mask the odor for about 20 minutes but the smell kept returning. We also tried using the box fan in the extra bedroom to see if we could get the odor to dissipate but that did not help either. Think that the only solution is to have a company come in and professionally clean the unit The odor was in the sofa, loveseat, and the fabrics on the bed. It smells like someone has been smoking in there for quite a long time - so it may like be in the walls as well. Perhaps a fresh coat of paint would help that as well. Other items to fix in the unit: light in the Master Bathroom is missing a cover over the bulb and the towel bar was missing from the wall in one of the extra bathrooms (but the fixture to adhere it was still on the wall). This could be a safety hazard because it has a sharp edge. The balcony is a wonderful size - but was also unusable due to the smoke smell being strong there as well.

Uncomfortable

The furniture needs updating. The air was out when we arrived first night we stayed with no air called several times and Nobody came until the next day. The air was fixed and went out again our last night. Will never book this property again

This room was absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be booking it again in the future, as we are making this “girls”

The room was absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed.

The only complaint I have is that the code didn’t work for the door when we got to the property, but a quick call/text to the management company got it taken care of quickly. And we never could get the fireplace to work, but that may have been more operator error than it just not working. Haha.

Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Location was ok

No staff on site. No pool available. Problems with door code. Was locked out of room for 3 hours with 5 kids while we waited for maintenance. Number to call reaches someone in Oregon not local.

Great place, beautiful condo over the river. Location was perfect. Little to no noise

no check in desk. went straight to the room

The bathroom door that was used for guests had a problem with the door. I believe it was off its top hinge. You had to literally pick it up then hold it in place so you could properly shut and lock the door.

Beautiful Place

Apt. Was beautiful. Mattresses were excellent. View of the river from balcony was so relaxing. The location was perfect; centrally located.

There were 4 remotes to the TV, and we never did figure it out! We could have used more towels and soap.

we were here for our wedding. this apartment made it so comfortable, and nice space to get ready before.

the space was great! the apartment was beautiful! location was great close to everything, but away from traffic.

the covers and pillows were stained. I feel it’s time to change them out.

Had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

I was amazed at how they provided dish soap, dishwashing tablets, salt &pepper, as well as bathroom necessities. I loved the location off the beaten path yet attractions were easily obtained.

Clearer directions on the door lock. If you would have explained in steps: step 1 press top bottom which will turn keypad blue step 2 enter code step 3 turn lock to the left

It's a great location

The location was the best perk.

The apartment was not cleaned well. Every weekday we were there there was construction noise in the morning. The neighbors in apartment above were loud late at night with banging noises.

Nice place but bedding is bad

This place is a wonderful place, however the beds need replaced. They are so lumpy and unable to sleep. (this is both bedrooms). Due to this I would not stay in particular condo again. The place is beautiful however due the the mattress situation, we would choose another place.

Beds are horrible, lumpy, and just all together uncomfortable. Hall bathroom door and bedroom door stick and make really loud noises.

Perfect for our family!! Hope to stay again.

I love the location. Sitting on the balcony at night and morning and listening to nature was so peaceful. I love that it’s perfect for our family. All four of our kids had their own bed to sleep in and we had plenty of room. This was the perfect place for our family to stay.

We really enjoyed the condo even though we had a couple minor inconveniences.

It was spacious and served our family. Liked the large balcony.

There were not complete instructions on how to operate the digital entry. We had to call maintenance and waited an hour to get in the condo. However the maintenance man could not have been more courteous or helpful. The air conditioner didn’t work. The sliding doors in the bedroom had a screen so we were able to get outside air during the night. The sliding doors in the living room did not have a screen so it got quite warm.

The code didn’t work to get in and had to call to get lock box code. I have never seen a code so long. I have a keyless lock of the same brand at home and it has four numbers . The people beside us were having the same problem!
