Very happy and would stay again in this apartment

Very clean Apartment with best location. Canberra Centre (Shopping Centre) is literally 4 mins walk from Ground Floor of Property. Would suggest to spend some time with instructions provided to pick up Keys and find Car parking in Basement ( as without this you will be confused, but if some time spent on this then everything would be a breeze).

Though I wont classify it as I didn't like it but the Pool was shared to the entire property (All apartments in Building 3). Pool still is be accessible and if not crowded then its worth it

Not visitor friendly and hardly lived up to its “splendid” description. Very disappointing.

Location

Very small, bedding was poor, directions to parking space was confusing, having to go off site to pick up the keys wasted time, outside area was unusable, expected guests to empty bins, checking out was unnecessarily complex and time consuming. Charging extra for 15 minute increments on checkout time not a good idea, particularly as check in was not until 3pm.

* Clothes dryer was dripping from each leg when we arrived and there was a large puddle of water from this on the washing machine. It took another 2 hrs for the bath mat inside to dry. * A clothes airer for wet washing would have been great considering the dryer was incredibly low heat and slow. * Only 4 mugs for 5 occupants.

Extremely pleasant for a base to visit National Gallery and Canberra Capital Exhibition.

Excellent location Perhaps some info about where local supermarkets were (Canberra Centre). Possible restaurants such as those in Lonsdale St.

Clearer instructions for accessing car park. The last instruction needs to state explicitly ignore right turn arrow which takes you out of car park into street. Instead turn left to locked grate door. Otherwise fine Some simple instructions for using induction top on stove. Speaking as someone who has an induction top

Great cosy self contained apartment, nice building, excellent location.

Great central location, carpark facilities

A complimentary Additional set of keys would have been nice, when attempting a family stay. The building is quite locked down, this made access and coordination tricker at times. The Keys pickup location is not onsite, fine if you have a car but would be annoying without wheels.

The apartment is in a good location, but needs improvements for comfort and safety.

The location is good.

There were many small things that could be changed, to make this a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and squeaked with the slightest movement. The linen was old, dirty and gross. There weren't enough blankets for each bed and the sofa bed. The sheets didn't fit the bed so they slid off. There is just one small mirror in the bathroom, and it was inconvenient only having a single key to access the apartment. The bowls had macaroni and cheese stuck to them so we had to wash them before use, and the floor under the lounge was dirty. The most disappointing element was safety, the dining chairs were unstable for children to sit on and slipped on the floor. There is a door hinge in the bedroom that is sharp, and juts out from the wall. It's dangerous. One bedroom has its own split system and blows freezing cold, and the other bedroom has no window or airflow at all. The hallway outside is close to the temperature of the sun so it's difficult to regulate temperature in the apartment.

Well located central Canberra apartment

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Canberra Centre & Gorman House. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was well set up with full kitchen, and everything provided for preparing meals. The owner promptly provided one or two items that were missing. Views were excellent.

Collecting the keys was a strange process although it did work. The underground car park was a maze and the directions provided were essential. The apartment was very small for two bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms had no windows

Stunning clean city area

The apartment was stunning clean, close to all amenities,great city view from our room, Sarah was friendly and being so helpful.

Bit complicated to get the key and the pillow was too flat which is a shame cause the bed was comfortable.

Location. The room was nice, except the dryer filter was falling off. The room is clean and comfortable.

The confusion of instructions of parking and checking in. Also, we didn't like how we got the room key. We had never done it before when you got the key from a tree!

Location is amazing, but improvements are needed.

Location was amazing. Close to the Australian war memorial, and Local shopping center just all round amazing location and views from the elevator lobby. I'd recommend this place to anyone of a party of 4 or below, over 5 id say makes the apartment to crowded. Note I would stay again with Less than 4. Due to location.

Sadly, a few things. 1. Dirty linen - one of them had like oil stains or something on it. 2. I WOULD NOT recommend this place if you're a group over 4. Spent 6 nights sleeping on a couch. Not a couch with a fold out bed underneath an actual couch that turns into a bed. It was horribly hard, and I got my arm caught in the gap a few times. The storage unit under it was filthy, and I was surprised to find beding for couch beds wasn't actual in the storage box underneath It's such a horrible idea to have a couch bed and to strip and remake my bed every day. They should have opted for a single cot in the corner near the windows, which would have been more beneficial. 3. There's not much space for 5 people. 4. Lack of bowls. 5 people to 4 bowls, some of the glasses, pots, and bowls were dirty. So we had to hand wash them before use. 5. 1 set of towels for 6 days, tho a washing machine was provided. 6. 1 key for 5 people was annoying af. 7. We had 2 cars, 1 got the designated parking, and the other had to opt for outside parking. Called being like is the parking under the hotel a ( as we booked with Willison) got told no and had no idea what i was on about ( which is far) asked if there is any parking we can use under. Got told we could use hotel parking and asked what number the hotel parking was he said it should be blank and walked around the whole place. Most car parks had the same numbers but no blank. So we had to do a ring around the Rosie around the block with 1 hour and 3 hour parking for 6 days. This isn't a Splendid negative, more a general negative 8. If going to cook here, there are no basic essentials in relation to mixing bowls and such. Stove can get really hot, super fast, and turn off when you're not even here. 9. The instruction for the key was kinda difficult. If my folk were alone, they wouldn't be able to understand how to access and were to access the key as it's located off-site.

Location was awesome, close to everything

Apartment had aircon. The building entry and hallways were not. 36 degrees and the walk to and from apartment were shocking due to the stuffiness of no air. Make sure you 100% read the cancellation policy, it has no flexibility, and you will lose a significant amount of money if you cancel or book wrong dates. Owner says it's up to Booking.com, when it is actually at owner discretion.

Not sufficient for what we spent

Breakfast was not included.

No one came to host us and keys were hidden in a tree. We stayed over two nights but towels, milk water were provided for one day. Instructions were given but some of them were not clear. Owners were not friendly.

Location is great being close to a park and Canberra Centre

The bed mattress needs replacing as the springs have all become loose and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The beds were not made properly and lacking flat sheets
